Hello my people, Last month, I made a post here about how people responded to buying land in Lagos. I discovered that most easterners will rather flex their money in the club than buy any land in Lagos. One of my friends said, and I quote. "Bro, I will rather use that money for hookup than to buy land in Lagos." I laughed so hard when I read his message. Also, the comments from NL showed that easterners don't want to by land in Lagos, they'd rather buy in Owerri, Asaba, Ngor Okpalla etc where they'd have peace of mind. With that being said, I will be updating this post with the properties we have for sale in the East. I hope this helps ![]() 2 Likes |

My people, I trust you are well and in good shape? Why are people scared of buying land in Lagos these days? I did an ad to sell a landed propery in Mowe valued at N600,000, the people that responded to the Ads kept on saying oh "I don't want the one I will buy now and Government will seize it." Is this a valid reason why people are scared? |
