I trust you are well and in good shape? Why are people scared of buying land in Lagos these days? I did an ad to sell a landed propery in Mowe valued at N600,000, the people that responded to the Ads kept on saying oh "I don't want the one I will buy now and Government will seize it." Is this a valid reason why people are scared?

From my personal opinion, we are using our tongue to count our teeth before the bile of hatred explodes and we did lose our properties...

Hoping to sell off those I am yet to develop and bring back those fund home...
