Franking: NAFDAC applied the principle of collective responsibility to impose a fine on every trader in the market. They're all collective responsible for what goes on in the market.. 1 Like 1 Share |

alizma: wether gazetted or not, this touts could gazette anything and make policies just to keep extorting the masses, as they have always done. And does the payment of fines make them the sellers start storing drugs with the acceptable standards? |
triplechoice(m): 10:01pm On May 27 |
Indispensable85: They're all not guilty of selling fake drugs, but anyone having a shop in that market where lots of traders are selling fake and expired drugs cannot claim not to know goes on in there and report to the appropriate authorities for necessary action to taken against such traders. If you remain silent and don't report, you're enabling it according to the law. |

billionman:Because they were never selling fake drugs in the first place, at least 90% of these people were selling authentic drugs. NAFDAC didn't disclose that they have fined anybody until VDM exposed them in that video now they want to do damage control. This is fraud in the korokoro 1 Like |

NAFDAC DG should be arrested for fraud. She has no excuse. Very wicked woman who deliberately closed shops of traders because of her corrupt tendencies. How could she collect money from same people you accused of selling fake drugs and want them back to business to sell same drugs,if she was sincere? EFCC should round her up to bring back those extorted money from the traders. Onitsha alone is estimated over N700M. In Idumota, it's estimated N500M. In the meantime, Tinubu should suspend her pending after investigations. She's not doing good to image of the government and anti corruption war. Thank you Verydarkman for the expose. 1 Like |

Criminals everywhere, no difference between NAFDaC and the evil business men/women selling fake, adulterated n substandard drugs and beverages to unsuspecting innocent citizens. They should be prosecuted, jailed and have their companies shutdown, not fined. But we all know they are bribes and not fines. |

Is that how your own law and equity work? No worry you will be arrested in your vicinity or office and be made to answer for what you don't know or a crime you didn't commit. Your only crime is that are living within the vicinity triplechoice: 2 Likes |

Geometrix: It's not my law but how the laws of Nigeria works. It's called collective responsibility. If you want to be fair, you should be calling for the prosecution of those caught selling fake and expired drugs which has led to the death toll of thousands people. 1 Like |

Nigeria always empower thieves. Just like the EFCC, these ones are charging fines on people whose shops are supposed to be closed down forever. People who are supposed to be charged for murder and attempted murder for intentionally selling fake medicines to the masses. Every agency in Nigeria is working only for its pocket. None of them is working for the good and benefits of the masses. The only way forward is to ban all these agencies from collecting fines; they should be banned from confiscating proceeds of crimes into their own agency’s s. Giving them the authority to fine and confiscate assets is just another way of empowering and enriching official thieves

jmoore: Not ing is a violation of the law,and they should be fined. The appropriate question that should be asked is; -Which were these fines paid to? FG s or private consultants? -Have they been mandated to upgrade their storage facilities to now be compliant? What timeframe was given for this to be done? -Have they been made to with the appropriate bodies for proper regulation? 1 Like 1 Share |

Breach of cybercrimes Act? Go and arrest Obi? Ethnic bigots now in charge of NAFDAC. In what laws are the fines prescribed? Or you arbitrarily invented the fine, assuming the gullible ones agree with your falsehood that you merely imposed fines? You are shrinking the economy further through your Ethnic bigotry. |
