In Nigeria, crimes are defined according to the tribe of the perpetrators.

Use jungle justice on one herdsman and see how the police will rake the whole community. But herdsmen carry weapons and commit atrocities without getting any form of condemnation from the government.

The man that killed one herdsman in self defense got sentenced to death. Na Nigeria be that for you.

That is the combination of wickedness and carelessness. If the government tries to ban sachet water and bottled water, the same careless and wicked people will claim that the government does not want poor masses to survive in the country. But now that the government allows the poor masses to survive on the business of sachet water and bottled water, the poor masses wickedly and carelessly use the business to degrade the environment.

During heavy rain, some people purposely empty waste bins into gutters for erosion to shift the trash from the front of their compounds to other compounds down the street. If it is not wickedness, why do they wait until rain starts and why do they usually do it secretly?

If I drink a satchel of water halfway, I empty the sachet by pouring the remaining water away before properly disposing of the sachet, so as to make incineration of the sachet possible and faster. Many people drink sachet water halfway and dump the sachet with the remaining water, thereby making incineration of the sachet very difficult or even impossible.

Sociology and Philosophy graduate, go and sit down somewhere. Write to ICAN and ask them for performance of HND versus BSc holders in the national exam, shame go catch you for BSc holders. Make we no mention Engineering and Tech.
You should be ashamed of yourself for skipping where I say that a HND holder can be more intelligent and more skilled than a BSc. holder.

If the girl you disvirgin is now demonic, then you have formed a covenant with a girl and with a demon.
Meaning that deflowering a girl who is not demonic brings positive effects?

All I have to say now is that premarital sex is a sin and every sin has a consequence. I am guilty of premarital sex but I it that it is a sin.

MC Oluomo sent his son to reputable schools. Those who have not tasted illiteracy as much as Oluomo did are saying that school is a scam.

Those who got educated before acquiring wealth never say that school is a scam.

Uneducated people who managed to acquire wealth send their children to school without claiming that school is a scam.

1.
What inspired the bill? I mean, which crisis led to the proposal of the bill? They leave the problems in the country and make noise over trivial matters.

2.
Is it right for HND and BSc. to be treated equally when the processes of obtaining the both are not the same?

In my opinion, the bill is illogical.

I am not discriminating against anybody. I understand that a HND holder might be more intelligent and more skilled than a BSc. holder. But HND and BSc. cannot be the same as long as they are not obtained from the same institution. The point is that whoever wants BSc. should go to a university and whoever wants HND should go to a polytechnic. Why will someone who settled for police job fight to be seen and addressed as a soldier after ing the police?

If you could not go to a university because of some challenges that were beyond your control, it is understandable. But don't unleash your frustration on BSc. holders. If you manage to graduate from a university with BSc., do not mock or intimidate HND holders. But it is illogical to rate BSc. and HND equal.

If they want HND and BSC to be equal, the requirements for HND should be exactly the same as the requirements for BSc.

For the sake of those who love NYSC, NYSC should not be scrapped. But it should be optional so that those who don't like it can legally avoid it.

Even if the father didn't take care of him, he should take care of the father. We are debating this because the victim is a male. If the mother was the one suffering and in need of Asake's help now, nobody will care to know how she treated Asake in the past. Everybody will be shouting, "Take care of your mother".

How many people will die before the government will think of installing barricades along the bridge to prevent people from jumping into the ocean?

I am not shifting the whole blame to the government. Whoever resorts to suicide should be blamed.

Thanks to phone cameras and social media. If the incident was not captured and put online, the school management might have swept it under the carpet.

Oga I asked a simple question instead of you to answer you are using question to answer question.
Moreover are you one of those people that think giving birth in America is free? I already explained that earlier that, the hospitals make millions of dollars from it yearly.
So I ask you again " what does it cost America" ?
Madam, the answer to your simple question lies in your answer to my own simple question.

What does the citizenship of the child cost the country? Please tell me!
What attracts non-Americans to give birth in America is what the birth costs America.

Are you trying to say that those women who go to give birth in America gains nothing from the act?

Thunderfayamods:

You should ask why the countries allow it. In the US it is a form of making money for their hospitals, the make millions from it annually. So who do you blame?
The hospital bill is nothing compared to what the baby's citizenship costs the country.

Tinubu Minister Accused of Commissioning Non-existent Road in Edo

Tori NewsMar 3, 2025 4:01 PM

The youths described the commissioning of the road as a calculated attempt to cover up the continuous neglect of the area.

The Minister for Regional Development Commission, Engr Abubakar Momoh has been called out for commissioning a nonexistent road in Edo state.

He was called out by a group under the aegis of Ugu Youths for Developmental Change, UYDC, in Edo State.

DAILY POST reports that the youths, during a protest in Benin City on Monday, described the commissioning of the road as a calculated attempt to cover up the continuous neglect of the area.

The coordinator of the youths, Monday Osemwenkhae, who spoke at the secretariat of the Edo State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, said their cut across youths from over 13 communities in Ugu Ward in Orhionmwon Local Government Area of the state.

Osemwenkhae, who listed some of the communities, including Urhehue, Oben, Odighi, and Obanokhoro, alleged that the said road was nonexistent.

He also alleged that the minister’s action was calculated to cover up the continuous neglect of the area, which houses the largest gas deposit in West Africa.

According to him, “We are here to say that the said Abraka-Oben Road, which was commissioned by the Honourable Minister for Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, does not exist anywhere in our locality.

“The said road is a calculated attempt to cover up the continuous neglect of our area by his ministry and its agencies and commissions like the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, for a very long period.

“For emphasis, the Oben oil field houses the highest gas deposit in West Africa, and the Ministry of Regional Development is supposed to handle the development of its environs with keen interest.

“But what we have just witnessed is the commissioning of a nonexistent road with our community’s name attached, to divert attention from the neglect of roads in the area.

“The link roads to Oben are the Ugo-Obozogbe-Iguelaba road and the Umoghun-Nokhua-Oben road. The former is currently undergoing construction courtesy of community funds and a private company.

“The name ‘Oben’ has been used as a cash cow for many years, and we expect the present Nigerian government, led by President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, to change the narrative rather than having his minister commission a nonexistent road using our community’s name,” he alleged.

However, when ed by phone, the Minister, Engr Abubakar Momoh, denied commissioning a nonexistent road.

Momoh explained that the road commissioned runs from the Delta State end, Abraka to Oben.

“They should go through Abraka to Oben. We didn’t say Benin to Oben; we said Abraka to Oben—that is, from the Delta end—so they should get it clear.

“You can now move from Oben to Abraka without stress. The ministry previously worked on the road from Benin for up to 20 kilometers.

“The other road they are talking about, from Abraka to Benin, has its first phase completed. It is a 10-kilometer road—Abraka to Oben, not Benin to Abraka,” he stated.

Anything you believe.
But if you read the scriptures very carefully, with an objective mind, you'll see that our churches have totally derailed, especially in Nigeria. And if you're indeed a Christian, you will not be contributing to that derailment because you don't want to "neglect the meetings".
Does any part of my comment say that Nigerian Churches are spotless? You just want to deviate from the topic of discussion.
