That's nice, but I think various criminal laws should be amended to reflect such.
At the long run, our docile lawmakers might even forget we have such law and they start making one useless law that it's application will affect nice law as this.

the most important bill he has rejected. let him sign the electoral bill into law, to curb righing and mandatw stealing. Tgat alone will solve 50% of poor governance in Nigeria. not this ones .
