Another avenue to create new agencies for the boys. All these new bills are covered under existing bills that are not implemented with duplication of functions. Nothing new to see here. Those commending him here are the same people who voted for Buhari but almost developed high blood pressure when Ruga was coming to their neighbourhood with one who goes with the moniker Sarrki screaming about his family farm in Taraba under threat
