So, I've dated a couple and I think billing comes in different ways.
I once dated an investment banker. Billing came in the form of flight tickets, weekend getaways. Then, I got shoes, suits and stuff whenever I travelled. She gave me insight on investment opportunities not announced everywhere. Taught me how to evaluate companies with opportunities.
Dated a female engineer. She was a top shot in an Engineering company, had an official car, chauffeur and all. Her billing was in the form of cash loans from time to time. She could just call that she needs USD for an urgent deal. She always paid back. Then, she introduced me to good deals. We made good money together.
Ladies always bill. The idea is to ensure that you're getting commensurate value in return.
You've said it all. I'm surprised someone above said they didn't bill him but he's just giving out ðŸ¤

Billing has nothing to do with rich or poor girls, it's just mentality/ideology.....any girl who doesn't have such mentality won't bill you.
I have dated couple of ladies who are poor or averagely ok, in which they don't use to ask money from me. Though, it doesn't stop me not to give them.
There're different ways of billing, so far you're giving out, it's still billing

What's the big deal about going 5 rounds abeg?
Round 1 comes within 5 minutes.
Round 2 takes 10 to 15 minutes.
Go on recess.
Take a bath, go for a swim, have her prepare a meal butt naked... While she's doing dishes, bend her over and take round 3.
In the bathroom, when you guys are trying to wash off... Take round 4.
Go see the movies afterwards. Then hangout with friends....
Return home and light one round before kissing her goodnight on the forehead.
If toto sweet, you can go even 7 rounds in a day.
I just hope by 5 rounds, nobody meant 1,2,3,4 and 5 at a go...
Naaaahhhhhh. That's Bullshyte.
Take your time and enjoy the meal. Sex is not war.
Mehn. For me... It's the second. Normally I don't stop after the first. I just proceed into round 2.
Don't forget, I'm never a fan of rubbers... I shoot my shots naked.
With rubber, how do people go the second round?

Software Engineering
You might want to consider a more broader course for him for the following reasons
1. Anyone can be a software engineer, it's one of those skills where your sch certificate have little to no impact,
He's a brilliant boy, why tire tech skill he can learn for 2 years to sch?
2. Software engineer in a Nigeria university is not marketable anywhere, they'll likely frustrate them with lots of irrelevant courses. Note that Nigerian talents face discrimination in remote jobs
3. Why not study computer science which encomes alot. The field of software engineering is very dynamic and changes alot. The bubble is gradually busting too with coming of AI which will continue to reduce the workforce. People who study computer science during the boom 2020 graduated this year and are already crying. Search the Internet.
4. You study engineering, petroleum engineering, if his brilliant why limit him to a branch of CS? What if in future he wants to go for masters or explore other areas of tech.
5. A brilliant student can be messed with Nigeria factors. A specialized course like this shouldnt be study in Nigeria. why not seek ission abroad. Low popularity of the course can affect him in many areas like Jobs, undergraduate Scholarship which mostly favour medical and engineering students.

The artificial intelligence there is just to feel among.
The course contents wouldn't
1. How to use ChatGPT
2. Difference between ChatGPT and OpenAI
3. History of AI (Here, they would quote how AI started from ancient Greek)
4. How to effectively use the correct prompt while using ChatGPT
5. Introduction to MetaAI
I don't know what's happen to black man. Where did we put hardware, electronics and robotics. I don't feel comfortable when ever I hear software(generative AI) been referred to as AI. See what secondary sch kids in China are creating. Africans have a long way to go, as usual we'll be on the wrong side of the boom

First case is still understandable. He might have had plans to meet someone for a business deal that did NOT pan out.
He had a VIABLE excuse for getting stranded.
But the second guy is plain MADNESS!
People like that should NEVER be given handouts.
A poor man found himself an EQUALLY poor woman and they bleeped raw until they made a baby whom they can give NOTHING but more poverty.
That's NOT just poverty.
That is STUPIDITY!
And WICKEDNESS too.
Having a child when you know you CANNOT take of a child is EVIL!
Both of them WILLINGLY signed up to get hitched to their POOR selves. But that child DIDN'T.
Condom is JUST #300. Get it and don't make your IRRESPONSIBILITY the problem of other people.
"I don't like condom" is NOT for people who are suffering from perennial poverty.
It's one thing to be a well-to-do couple who had their child/children BEFORE they fell on hard times.
It's ANOTHER thing for a pauper who moved from his family house to a face-me-i-face-you apartment and still DEFAULTS on rent to IMPREGNATE a fellow pauper.
That's MADNESS!
I HATE people like that.
They deserve ZERO sympathy or assistance.
My brother if lyf is being gud for you just thank God.
You have no idea what alot are going through

There's a saying that men go to the market with a budget of N20k and end up paying N20k for items worth N15k that they need, but women go to the market with a budget of N20k and end up paying N20k for items valued at N50 that they don't need
The last time this was true is 2010 😕

Yes,some landlords are idiots.
But some tenants are even crazy and wicked.
In all,let them take their madness to the court if they can't resolve it.
Anytime I thought of building a house for rent I just feel sick. I respect those who are doing it honestly.
It is not economically wise at all. I see those building houses as people who just want to help the govt in areas they have failed.
If u check out the economic viability u will see that it is not the best investment.
Rather, buying an old house, rehabilitating and reselling it gives u more money than renting.
Wrong
It's not a good investment only in poor states

My 3 year old daughter, she would be 4 years old in Feb, is sharp and very bright.
It only happened occasionally that she would pee on herself. Usually when engrossed in cartoon.
However, it the last 4 weeks, it has become an everyday occurrence.
She would even poo on herself!
I've talked to her, yet no serious change.
I just had a baby boy few weeks ago. Could this be responsible for the change in my daughter? If yes, how best can it be handled? It's already affecting her in school.
Engage her in outdoor activity, enough of the sedentary lifestyle

Let's assume in 2009, someone purchased 2,000,000 shares at the rate of N2. This will be a total of N4M invested.
In 2024 which is 15 years later, the shares is currently at N11.
2,000,000 share = N22M + those petty dividends they paid.
Looks like a good investment.
Let's look at what who held dollar would have made just by putting N4M into dollars in 2009 when dollar was $150.
4,000,00 ÷ 150 = $26,666
In 2024, $1 = 1650
$26,666 x 1650 = N43, 998,900 (that's roughly twice the amount from shares in that company)
What about who gambled on BTC?
In 2009 bitcoin was $0.10
Just $1,000 would have given you 10,000BTC
In 2024, 10,000BTC = $672,344,400.
Only if we can see the future
Pls
Add land investment
