Drugs, cigarette, because they can easily progress from addiction to dependence! At dependence (advanced stage of addiction) the individual then need the substance to appear 'normal' while the side effort keeps killing him/her. Why the hurry. Evidences that could probably resolve several cases of missing persons, kidnap, murders etc are destroyed needlessly by this careless hurried action borne purely out of emotions. The house could still have been demolished in 1,2,3 months time after forensic analysis of the entirely place.
