I didn't watch the video but most times when poultry is breed at a faster rate than their normal growth rate, it typically involves feeding them with things that makes the meat of less quality. It do still be savoury in your mouth but having less nutrition.

Why not watch the video to the end before you conclude? Atleast you will learn from it, every details how he gets that weight was stated on the video and he never for one day use any growth boaster

Yes. The result you get varies depending on the following;
1.) Quality of feed
2.) Quantity of feed serve and regimen. I.e do they eat adlib (all day long) or not.
3.) Health status.
If your flock Are maintained properly and dont spend time treating infection, you will get them to a good weight on time.

So to answer your 1 question. I bred broilers mainly for Christmas back then. 8 weeks 3.5 to 4kg averagely. That was over 10years ago.
