You have a big mout which is very dangerous thing against you and your tribe.

Close your mouth and observe if you are wise.

What's the meaning of this?

The smart Igbos here are being circumspect and quiet instead beating their chests and shouting "We are buying up your land'- a narrative usually pushed by some unlettered Nwa boys still serving their Ogas.

There is something called wisdom, that guy Uka whatever should close his mouth and apply it.

No true Igbo man who has properties in Yorubaland would mock them. It is foolhardy. Tell him to close his mouth and attend to the customers in his Oga's shop.

Being steady online for over a decade required Data, stable electricity and you must also be financial stable to some extent as bills can be frustrating .

Also the luxury of time is something unmatched by many.

That should answer your question
Thanks. That's the answer in bold. grin

They want to develop Oke ado as they have finished developing their region

The last time I went to my village, I was surprised to see the Igbo's in their numbers, we used to have Hausa/Fulani( They have their territory, then mostly NC people Benue precisely can't even encountering any Igbo's back then

Charity don't mean anything

This one is pained.

Cry,cry uncle shame.

U guys don't know the meaning of a resurgent igbo tribe.
Come to Abuja and u will know what we are capable of doing.
A capitalist knows that when u buy a land, then u can participate actively in what the people are doing.

U can continue whining and sobbing while the real buying continues behind u. It is a money affairs,if u don't have money please keep quiet.

There is another part of Ekiti state where igbos are buying up actively and we shall continue until u guys stop selling ur properties only to travel to the UK.

Shame .

I thought they said Igbos should leave yorubaland.
Why then are they still selling land to them.

Tinubulation is real! shocked shocked shocked

This one is pained.
Igbos have developed Enugu, Owerri, Aba, Awka. It's time to develop Ibadan.
Even your mother's kitchen will not be spared.

Igbos who go about buying properties outside the SE are some of the most foooolish ones. Na dem go still cry later.

This is simple economics so I don't understand the bitter wailings. You have what I want for a price and I pay what you ask abi, isn't that better than those who occupy your forests and commit acts of criminality and terrorism ? APC ronus are a menace to democracy and especially the constitution cool

The person that started that conversation is ill informed just like he said that he or she heard that Igbos are buying land in Oke Ado.
It is a big fat lie started by Igbos themselves to feel belonged.
Ibadan is more developed than the entire SE Igboland.
Ibadan is developed 99% by the Yorubas and lands there are mostly leased especially to non Yorubas.
Even if Hausa or Igbo buy land in Yorubaland, the land still belongs to Yoruba, highest 99 years but 99% of those who buy lands have no C of O and the land goes back to the owner soonest.

@ the emboldened - that is not true. Every tribe in Nigeria has a lot of foooooooolish people....there are no exceptions. It's even worse among uneducated, well-to-do folks.

Those people struggle with inferiority complex and always want to prove a point that they are richer than these so-called educated people.

I won't mention what one silly Igbo boy said about Yorubas in Lagos that got me wondering if some people have brains at all. I cringed upon hearing it!!!

Most times, you don't need commonsense to make money; you just have to be good at what you do and a bit of luck/grace.

Going through the history of Nigeria,Igbos have always seen Yorubas as more superior than them and have done almost everything to want to bring them down.
Azikiwe,Nzeribe,Achebe etc affirmed this in their statements and writings.
When I read there was a country,I just shook my head.

If you have nothing reasonable to contribute to a discussion, just sit back and read comments. We already have enough fooooolish people in Nigeria's cyberspace. Stop adding to the number.

PS: I won't reply you again...

Dear Yorubas, please on behalf of Igbos I am begging you people to please come to my state and help us to develop our real estate. We need investors who are ready to buy lands at any cost and build beautiful mansions, schools, hospitals, factories, markets, malls, etc.

Yorubas love investing in establishing schools, please we need more universities in Southeast, tell Winners, Redeem, Adeleke family and other prominent Yorubas to come to Southeast and buy lands and build schools and hostels for us please. We are pleading. We need serious development and investment from none Igbos in Southeast so that you guys can help us to be pressuring Nigerian federal government to revamp our federal roads. This is the only way Nigeria can develop.

As Igbos are busy buying lands in Southwest, rich Yoruba sons and daughters should invade Southeast and buy lands there too and take over.

Owerri Imo state have a lot of lands for sale to any interested buyer; be it Hausa, Yoruba, Ijaw, Kanuri.

Awka have lands for sale.

Enugu too have a lot of lands in beautiful areas for sale

Please go there and buy lands and take over Igbo land please
Simple

When someone called the Yorubas, the sophisticated morons, some people were angry, but I will not use that word to describe all Yorubas, because there are still some, who are sound and not stained by this bug of tribalism.
You are in the diaspora, you buy lands, build houses and run companies, no one in those places, ever discriminate against you, but here, a Nigerian from another region is buying lands in your place, for development, you are seeing this as a crime? Are you alright at all?
Why don't you do same to them? Go to S'East, as you marry wives from there,do business with them, why don't you buy their lands also if something isn't wrong with you?
Look at a diasporian thinking in 21 century. Shame on you.

Instead of channeling their money to develop Igboland, they are busy buying up lands in South West in a bid to usurp politics in Yorubaland. Lands that can be revoked by State Government tomorrow.
When Yorubas decide to embark on projects tomorrow and then serve them demolition notice, you'd see them shedding tears that Yorubas hate them.

Yorubas are still the wisest in Nigeria, others are just not it

You think is all about staying online everyday and be shouting Bulabu till 2031 grin grin

Go out and work so you can be able to come to anywhere in southeast and buy land but you all prefer staying online 247 and be wasting your youthful age tongue tongue now you have turn to mediator for peace and unity cheesy

Don't underestimate what money can do bro.. Go out and hussle...As you can see Seyi is not the one complaining of losing their lands to Igbos rather it's people like you that has refused to do anything tangible.

If you don't mind I can help you to be useful to yourself and your community....leave pride aside and follow who know road.

You said you want Biafra, okay, start developing your region in preparation for relocation, but what we have been seeing is the opposite.

When no be Mario

Apart from being a tax Collector, what else can a Yoruba man do ?

Thank God they are buying the land with money...and not as if some igbo senators are pressuring the federal government to give igbos free land like our northern brothers also do 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Did they force you to sell your land?
This agenda that the Ibos are taking over your land will not fly in any other western state.
This is the propaganda yorubas are using in Lagos to allow APC remain in power.
I repeat this propaganda will not work in other South West states.
