80 percent of people making use of the knife in the kitchen have cut themselves one time or the other and I dont think it is about being a professional in it as accidents do occur.

My mother is a Nigerian girl woman and she never use all those things, yet she doing pretty good over and over again. Tho I have and used most items listed above, especially the oven equipments and associates.

I guess it's because growing up, the use of those equipments were not common to everyone then. Even now self, cus those equipments ( especially the machine powered ones) are still not that common due to price tag.

These gadgets are really necessary. Prevention is better than cure. Domestic accident can happen at any given time.
