You'll earn 50k at most. grin

Pay? Forget about the pay, look at the bigger picture

Looking at the country that we are, with millions without job, can you take up the job of a domestic staff for a high profiled politician like a governor, senator etc in the country?

you are a graduate. Might even be a masters holder or Ph.D.

For me, I would gladly take it because I can achieve a lot in less than 5 years than someone who put in 35years in state or local government civil service.

I know a domestic staff to a former governor who has built 3 houses already. Someone in civil service after 20 years hasn't bought a land yet.
YES for the connection.......

Atiku was someone’s boy. Now he is a constant presidential contender.

Dangote was his uncles boy now he is the richest black man.

Abdusalam still looks at IBB as his oga. Himself a former president. Abacha was also IBB’s boy.

Follow who know road.

Wike was Patience boy Infact every sitting governor was somebody’s boy.

Working with people that have made it even if you are paid nonsense is fast tracking knowledge you wouldn’t have known existed if they didn’t open the door for you to see it.

A lot of youngsters are looking for now now. The ones around in 20/30 years are working under someone that knows road today

No waste time ooh
Do it joyfully
You can't compare coming as a visitor to seek any form of assistance to being a member of a house seeking for assistance
(Na politicians get opportunities oooh)

My dear if one is smart it is a way to move up quickly. Back in the late 90s when the obj istration came into power and we visited Abuja to hustle also hung around one or 2 politicians, we had friends that were doing PA to HOA , they were practically called houseboys jokenly. Infact my first time of entering the national assembly complex was with one of them taking me to his ogas office. Long story short, all those so called houseboys ended up being the biggest boys. Some learnt the ropes of politics and became HOA , senators, other used the connections they made to become big time contractors, experts in chopping national cake (if you know what I mean).
Oga have you not heard of fani kayode yabbing one ex gobina, minister etc say when he visited odili that ex gobina was then a houseboy without shoe? Lol

Sometimes it's really not about the money, it's about your dignity and self worth... If you put a price tag on everything you'll miss your calling in life.

It's an insult to degree holders or anyone with tertiary education to be told to work as a domestic staff.

This is true.

Strangely, there was a tweet on X platform I stumbled on yesterday by a former domestic staff of Pastor Oyedepo and he complained that he was poorly paid.

From their salaries? I doubt it , yet we want corruption to end. We are not ready for a working nation

I say it again and again, most Nigerians are "looters-in-waiting", just waiting for an opportunity to the looters.
