But,you raise an important issue - why do you established a Market - without Space,where the Public can Dispose their First.
It's Common in Lagos Metropolis but should be Corrected by Govt should Provide Disposal Bins Everywhere - as done Overseas.
Some knowledgeable people do worse- when the Rainfalls comes and push the First all over the gutters and drainages- which eventually blocked everywhere and causing Flooding at the end of most Roads.

First off, that there are Obidients that are Ndigbo doesn't mean that there are not Obidients that are not.

Secondly, those Ndigbo Obidients, not all Ndigbo are Obidients either, are the ones abusing and insulting people for having the effontery not to think Peter Obi is a Saint which he isn't.

I have been a victim and have seen others suffer it, there is no word of lie there.
