I go to both states weekly
Enugu is doing well
Abịa is doing miles ahead better.
Otti's roads needs to be experienced.
I am not from either state
I have bhsiness in both states so I know.
Mba is trying, focusing more on the capital.
Otti is spreading his tentacles very wide and ABA is not the capital of Abịa state remeber that.

Soludo is overworking with less media hype.

Imo State is the new official worst state In the east.
