Isn't about respect for a country, is about being tired of funding a war that Ukrainian leader seems to want it going than ending.

Right from the onset, Trump has never ed the war, and he's been against funding it because the more Ukraine gets, the more they'll want to feel they are up to the task even when it was clear they can't.
