I visited the President @officialABAT ,who has shown great concern for the security of Plateau State, especially considering that just a year ago, our state was in mourning. The President’s commitment to addressing these challenges has been steadfast.

During our meeting, I provided an update on the progress we’ve made in improving security, as Plateau State has experienced relative peace. We also discussed other critical matters concerning the state.

Our focus remains on strengthening security measures to ensure a safe environment and make it increasingly difficult for criminal activities to thrive. We want to reassure our citizens and investors that Plateau State is now a secure and conducive place for growth and development.

Earlier today, President Bola Tinubu approved the establishment of a federal university in southern kaduna. Still today, the governor of Plateau state visited three president and spoke gloriously about the effort of Mr. President to restore peace and order to Plateau state.

At this point, I think it’s save to say that northern Christians votes are already in the bag for Mr. President in 2027. It would even become easier if the opposition presents an Atiku/Obi ticket. All the Northern Christian votes that Obi got in 2023 will easily go to Tinubu in 2027.

If you believe northern Christians voted a failure like Obi because he is better, then you mumu gan.

They obviously voted against having another Muslim or Fulani president after Muslims have shown them shege in southern kaduna, or Fulani Muslim terrorists killing them in plateau.

Mr Tinubu will ensure that he secures the full of the Governors of Plateau, Benue, Kwara, and one or 2 other middle belt states.

Once he locks in the of the majority of Senators and House of Rep in those States, and add at least one Senator each from Kogi and Kaduna, the tax bills will .

Despite the vociferous push back from Bornu's Governor, I would expect the vice president to deliver the vote of at least the APC Senator representing his constituency in Bornu, even if the VP is privately against the tax bills. Anything short of that will reflect badly on him in the eye of the President.

If the Senator and HOR from Mr Ganduje's constituency are from the APC, he too would be expected to deliver their votes, whether or not he likes the tax bills.

There are also several legislators from the far North who will vote for the bills especially if the President makes some concessions in one or two areas.

Virtually all Southern Senators and House of Rep will vote for the bills.

I suspect the desperate threats from Bauchi state Governor reflects a realisation by some Northern leaders that they will not have the votes in the House of Rep and the Senate to block the bills.

Nigerian politics is based purely on sentiments.....the more developed a place is the more secured it gets....a university in southern Kaduna is a big boost to that part of Kaduna state and that can whip up a lot of from the people there and by extension northern xtians in nassarawa, plateau,Benue which are a core voting block that ed obi in the last elections.

Tinubu would get gar more votes than he got the last time from the SE and SS in 2027......take that to the bank.
