yes you are right that Kaduna , Ogun, Oyo , Edo or Kano governors are not performing either. It is bad and those governors can do better also. But none of those states are directly connected to atlantic ocean except from Ondo State and States in the Niger Delta region, Lagos still has the major seaport compare to other states, most ships from Overseas come through Lagos ports than any other states, So yes Lagos deserve the criticism. If Lagos was a landlock State like Kaduna, then the situation will be different
Electricity is key and those other states can do better also, FG need to start with Lagos First, the other States will follow
