Once upon a time in Nigeria, the people worried about their future. Many felt that their leader, President Bola Tinubu, was not a good person. They believed he only cared about himself and not about the citizens of the country. As time ed, more and more citizens started to feel that he was making fun of them, ignoring their needs and dreams.

The markets were filled with people discussing their troubles. "He promises change but gives us nothing," one man said. "Our roads are bad, and the schools are falling apart,” another woman added. They felt trapped in a world where their voices were unheard. Even in their homes, families whispered about how their leader seemed distant and uncaring.

As weeks turned into months, a sense of darkness began to cover the nation. The people lost their trust in the government. They watched as the prices of food and living increased while their hopes faded. Many believed that President Tinubu was living in luxury while they struggled. "He laughs at our pain," a young teacher said, shaking her head in disbelief.

One day, a group of brave citizens decided to stand up. They planned a peaceful march to express their feelings. They gathered in front of the presidential palace, holding signs and chanting for change. The atmosphere was charged with hope, and for the first time in a long while, they felt united. They wanted their voices to be heard.

However, President Tinubu saw the growing crowd and felt threatened. Instead of hearing them out, he made jokes on live television, mocking their efforts. "They think this will change anything," he laughed, showing a lack of respect for his own people. Many felt hurt and angry, thinking their leader was out of touch and playing with their future.

Months later, as the pressures of leadership took their toll, the president began to face health problems. One afternoon, while attending a meeting, he suddenly collapsed. Medical teams rushed to help, but it was too late. He died from a heart attack, leaving behind a country filled with mixed emotions.

Some felt relief, believing that change was coming. Others felt sadness for a leader who never understood their struggles. As news spread, people talked about the lessons learned. They realized it was time to take their future into their own hands and strive for a better Nigeria.

This I have seen

God is more than man. Moreso no nation can take Thier future into their hands without a visionary leader. We all fee pains and it's normal in every good policies.
Today, people forgot OBJ banking reforms send many bankers and families jobless due to banks consolidation, that reform was the beginning of kidnapping as business people from the east, north, south no longer travel with cash as it's used to be, many pains were felt from GSM introduction in 2001, many cries as NEPA, NPA, Nigeria airways etc were sold off, but today we have forgotten. By tomorrow, we will forget the pains of these current reforms but feeling the gains.

Let them enjoy the happiness for the time being. Don’t kill their joy. It isn’t a crime to celebrate one’s win like this no matter how small it is.
Don’t use the “fear of the unknown” to kill their joy.

You celebrate or not, what awaits you in the future is there waiting for you. Que sera sera

U are correct, they or some might not see each other for the next 30 years but will be glad to reference they saw last when they signed out. Lol

Was it Tinubu that started banditry in the North or what? What nonsense is this one talking?
Am not a fan of Tinubu, but this is arrant nonsense. In fact, am paying a courtesy call on Tinubu next week.

Imagine, they causes problems with religion and politics in their region and now threatening someone that was intelligent enough to have converted Thier own future bandits to area boys and agbero, at least it's better.

I wish Tinubu appointed the man to head a committee for ending banditry with headquarters at zamfara or Maiduguri Forest

It is crucial to recognize that fraud thrives not just because criminals are bold, but because systems are complicit. What Bawa recounts-ghost imports, forged documentation, double claims-is not simply the work of "fraudsters" but the legacy of a deep-state collusion economy that the EFCC itself has been accused of shielding at times.

While we commend the former chairman for documenting his perspective, many will ask: Why now? Why not while in office? A revelation after tenure runs the risk of becoming a post-facto alibi, rather than a proactive instrument of justice.

We need more than chronicles of what went wrong - we need radical restructuring of how oil subsidies are tracked, approved, and paid. This includes blockchain-based verification of fuel imports, transparent port logistics, and real-time public audit trails.

Nigeria doesn't need another book on fraud. We need functional justice architecture. Until whistleblowers are protected, digital trails are public, and corruption is politically suicidal - not lucrative - the "shadow" will persist.

Has any of the past EFCC boss written anything? So he should be encouraged for others to follow. We all guess there were subsidy fraud but someone has just documented it and the book can be referred to anytime.

You urself had skeleton in cupboards while you led pH as sector commander in EFCC.

Meaning he shouldn't have written the book ? The truth on criminality can only come from an insider or beneficial of such whenever he)she repented. otherwise to outsider, it's the more you look the less you see. Most crimes/ frauds are always well organised.

That's because Nigeria is a lawless country. The judiciary is for the highest bidder.

Weaker people trade blames without taking any action to tell the person that you are better. Amechi and Wike in rivers are not the reason for lawlessness or judiciary manipulation, it's what all Nigeria want they get. Amaechi did not obey court order during is tenure is the beginning of what he is crying. now.

That's the angle you see it, but I see it as a proactive leadership of PBAT resolving a crisis that would have subjected rivers state to complete breakdown. Fubara vote or not, what will be will be

If our electoral system and judiciary are working like a decent country, would they be visiting Tinubu?

INEC is working reason all the present elected officers were declared winner. Hope you saw the difference of votes between APC and PDP In Osun last election? Adeleke won that difference from his alliance with Aregbesola APC faction then. So he Neef to strategized well this time, otherwise APC will clear Osun before Noon.

Tinubu was the biggest beneficiary of it all

Tinubu is not just only the beneficiary, he went to Chatham house and declared that he will form a national party that will unseat the then president and he did. Whatever strategy he use, he did and today Nigerians can see his bold decisions and the benefits.
People should stop comparing Jonathan government, he himself said he never prepare then but God gave him the presidency.

Wrong! Tinubu is a very vindictive man. Same man snubbed his new fall-guy, Sanwo-olu, just today. He only bought Reno the pen-for-hire to neutralize him and make him desist from doing damage to his battered reputation. Same as Bwala. Tinubu should be very worried if all his new found friends around him were either financially induced or forcefully coerced like Fubara.

You can't buy love neither can you copy respect!

The question is, how do someone feels whenever you are being showed love beyond your imagination by someone you have hated and abused severely. He leaves one to his conscience and it's difficult to undo the past.

I keep loving this man daily, he is doing all he promised in his manifesto, this is a clear leadership. I ed during campaign he keep saying we will end estimated billing. If other presidents can not do it , I trust Jagaban to do it. He knows how to do things right. His records in targets achievements are clear.

Nigerians love Tinubu.

Tinubu should prove this by allowing a free and fair elections in 2027 where the votes of all Nigerians will count. grin

Votes of Nigerians always count. That is the reason you see Many candidates among 50 political parties with zero vote in polling units, ward and LG. Such candidate has family friends co-workers business partners etc but because they don't want to waste Thier votes, it was given to where it has value. So Nigerians votes counts.

The questions are, are the policies necessary and has it redirects Nigeria towards a better future? If yes, the we leave with the consequences till it's over.

PDP days were better than this nonsense govt.
See Cfa franc 365,000 is now 1million naira.

During the last days of Jonathan's istration,1million naira was like 6million CFA franc.

How did we get here?

That is the reason Nigeria exports has increased now more than Jonathan time.
Jagaban had made other countries to be buying things from us more than we buy from them. Now is to think inward and be more productive.

I have already given up on that one. The man has never spoken of free and fair election since he was elected president by the INEC

they can talk its free, ,most prophesy are gambling, reasons they don't come to . a lot of them have spoken in the past and different thing happens.

, Jonathan was a man of integrity, man who saw his political ambition not not worth the bloodshed of Citizens of Nigeria. That was the only reason why he lost election.
The question is, will the current president thread the same path? His presidential ambition not worth the killing of any citizen?

jonathan did because he clearly loss and even all inec staff and nigerians were tired of jonathan-madweke lead istration. it was very clear PDP has no direction or pattern of governance at that time. grassroot was against him but social media noise was encouraging him,

but for jagaban, the masses are with him at grassroot. only social media are in pains and the elections will be conducted at the grassroot.

Making laws has never been our problem, will they implement it?

Bold Implementation of policies is what Asiwaju is known for. When the governors kicked, he knows they don't have the knowledge of the bills benefits and stood his feet, same for subsidy on fuel and dollar . If we're to be previous president, they will reverse simply because they don't even know what they are doing, otherwise why can't you stand for what's good.

THOMPSON OLUDARE SUNDAY as managing director of NDIC,this tribal president is actually irredeemable. If is not YORUBA,then you are not qualified, others can only be considered to deputize or head some irrelevant organizations.
Never in the history of this country have such an ethnic chauvinist govern the country, not even Buhari the Fulani supremacist was this ruthless.

Tinubu was clear on the day he was collecting his certificate of return that he will form the government of national competence. The question is are these people qualified?. Moreso, people make recommendations when searching for people to hold some strategic Post. This guy recommendations will likely come from CBN governor or Some other experienced personality in Banking industry.

Look at how hurriedly emefele was appointed just to push Sanusi away and the next president refused to searched and look for a better person.

Tinubu has all the who is who in the north with him and when the time comes, instructions on who to vote will be given and that's all.
If u are in doubts, pls go to the north and ask any core northern person u see who he or she voted for in the last election and even the election before the Last one. Then ask for the reason he voted those that was voted for . U will then understand.
