Nigeria keeps bringing these people in. They are of no good. They cone in as if they want to help, but in a few months time, they will be funding the terrorists. I don't know the kind of re-fardation that pervades in the istrative circles in Nigeria. We were just told few weeks ago that these same people are responsible for sponsoring boko haram. Now the Nigerian government is inviting them to come and fight the same boko haram! Where is the sense? 1 Like |

They are being pampered. Basically being treated like they're not terrorists. They kill, maim and then extort billions as ransoms. Then they get back into the same society and are welcomed (the government calls it deradicalisation)!!! They move around freely. No arrests. No serious reprimands. No attempt to prosecute. Everyone moves on as if nothing happened. Why won't they go back at will?

theredaddy: Mumbo-jumbo What is Tinubu doing with the south south? Or you mean the Chagoury Road to golgotha? The west is by far more bound politically and even economically with the North West. Let them stay like that. There is nothing that can come out of any political marriage between the east and the west as far as the Tinubu branch of the southwest political grouping is in charge. They fought together, plundered together, formed APC together,... In all these endless political machinations, looting the resources of the east has always been the main bounding interest.., the goal! South-east should continue with the south south and find willing groups in the north like the north Central to bind with politically. That's the way to go. The South west see the east as a mortal enemy that needs to be annihilated. And they are doing everything to turn the south-east upside down politically and ecomically. The idea that the former Eastern Nigeria should agree to a non existent "Southern Nigeria", where the Southwest will use the big numbers to get power only to jettison the rest, is to say the least - jejune! 1 Like |

LegendHero: What was the instigating factor for the village comparisons!? The governor simply informed his people of how he is taking down their debt profile. Simple! He never compared his state with an Irigbaji state. Why did you feel a need to bring in Osun and Okitipupa to this topic? Why are you guys always triggered by any positive news from the east? 3 Likes |

Cork and bull analysis.. Looks like the APC have hired all of you.. Some.. What is the meaning of this: This history shows that arguing for zoning or ethnic-based candidacy, like prioritizing the Southeast for an Igbo president, a Tiv president, or a North-South shift, based on another party’s arrangement or historical representation is baseless and flawed. After all, if other parties had won elections, the story of regional or ethnic representation would have been different. 1) There is nothing like "Southern Nigeria". We need to get that out of the way as quick as possible.. At independence, what we had were THREE REGIONS; The North, The West and The East. As a result of the marginalisation of the then minorities of the West, a referendum was conducted in 1963 and a new region was created; The MidWest, which is basically the present day Edo and Delta States! 2) political representations have always been based on these regional realities since the colonial regimes started bringing in the locals into government following the different constitutional reviews untill the war. There was no time post amalgamation of the southern proliterate with the North, that any part of the south was lumped together with the other. So this later day attempt to lump the igbos of the south-east and their minorities neighbours in the South South with the Yorubas of the southwest, is nothing but a clever political game to use the Southwest to perennially corner all political positions at Aso Rock in the name of the amorphous "Southern Nigeria".. It won't fly.. Wether the regional make up of the country is represented politically in the constitution or not, those who continue to use their undeu advantages earned post the 1966-1970 war to corner everything for themselves, need to be stopped and the regional realities that define Nigerias politics ab intio should be respected.. Rotational presidency or nothing.. 9 Likes |

luvola: How can he sack anybody over poor performance, when he-Bola Tilimgbu is not performing well? Apart from piling on with more levies and taxes and charges and all that, is there anything happening around you that shows that this istration is better than any before it? Is he no more the worst president in Nigerias history? Where are the gains of all his so called "experience" that we were inundated with during the campaigns? Is this istration not only about "tax and spend"? Let's be guided please! Tilimgbu appoints fellow lootcrats mainly to loot with them. That's all. All these talks about firing some people because they are not performing is diversionary. What was the resume of the power minister? Where are his achievements? Is he even academically or professionally qualified for that job? You go and take a Professor in making akara and put him in a NASA lab and expect him to launch Nigeria into space simply because he has a ubiquitous tag of "prof" affixed before his name? Arenyou not trying to deceive yourself? Plssss 1 Like |

iLoveYouToo: How many of Nigerias oil l wells have been signed out so the Americans can "tender justice with mercy"? |

legallysly: You can sell dog poo 💩 as candy.. A man accepted and signed to FORFEIT a reasonable amount of cash considered a proceed of crime to the government, and NEVER challenged that agreement anywhere ever since.., and you are here spinning yourself dizzy, thinking all of us are as inebriated as you corrupt bunch in that your dingy APC agbadorian coven. Spare me ahbegi.. |

Our oil wells and gas fields will now be dashed away to the Americans in bigger quantities as bribes by Tilimgbu, just to force them to keep quiet and keep the docs in the deeper parts of the drawer.. They have got him exactly where they want him; the balls. He committed the crimes he accepted the penalty, they have the details, and he does not want those details out. Perfect scenario for the manipulation of an African president. This is what happens when the western world succeed in forcing a very compromised candidate on an African country as the president. They more or else get what they want by constantly reminding him that they uave what it takes to torpedo his political career. He will be blackmailed, manipulated and intimidated into agreeing into all sorts of arrangements just to keep his dirty secretes away from the baying public. 4 Likes |

You guys see those western countries as alllies, but those people see you guys as nothing but a bunch of clueless and expendable homo sapiens. There is no single internal conflict in this unfortunate country that has no western influence. Even the Niger Delta oil vandals. If Nnamdi kanu and Simon Ekpa were not always lambasting and lampooniing them, they will even Biafra! The west are the ones behind the mayhem in Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso. Same in Sambissa.. They don't care whether it is an Olaniyi, an Abdulaziz or an Okereke that is the president, as long as the oil pipes are running steady and free. Get a chimpanzee from ibadan zoo, dress it up in an Armani suit inside Aso Rock and call it "Mr President", the British and French ambassadors will present their letters of credence to the chimp the very nest day! The Americans who fought against European colonial habits in Africa, seem to have tasted the forbidden fruit called neocolonialism and found it too sweet to ignore. The British basically funded Nigerias war in Biafra that gulped almost 5 million lives. They will do it again and again if you keep letting them in and no one is spared because they don't have permanent friends, just interests. A lot of northerners see themselves as the "choosen ones" by the west to run Nigeria, but to the British or the Americans, it is all about interests. As long as you're a "willing slave", its all good. Change it for them and they will change it for you. With the seeming capitulation of globalisation and with Russia winning and becoming more powerful after Ukraine, they west are preparing for another looting expedition in Africa, and their plan maybe to assassinate heady leaders here and sponsor one armed group against the other. While we butcher ourselves, they will be lifting oil offshore.. Look at what they have done to the Congo 🇨🇩 DR. Kept the country and Somalia on a low intensity civil war that has gulped nearly 100 million people, whike the country is looted dry. 9 Likes 4 Shares |
