Nigeria keeps bringing these people in. They are of no good. They cone in as if they want to help, but in a few months time, they will be funding the terrorists. I don't know the kind of re-fardation that pervades in the istrative circles in Nigeria. We were just told few weeks ago that these same people are responsible for sponsoring boko haram. Now the Nigerian government is inviting them to come and fight the same boko haram!

They are being pampered. Basically being treated like they're not terrorists. They kill, maim and then extort billions as ransoms. Then they get back into the same society and are welcomed (the government calls it deradicalisation)!!! They move around freely. No arrests. No serious reprimands. No attempt to prosecute. In Criminal law, one is not guilty of an offence unless and until both the mental and physical elements are established.
