Small small na, even Obi himself cannot say rhis

Don't compare Anambra to Lagos when it comes to what development means. This is not about have a one trillion economy where everything smells

Watching Peter Obi this morning must have been so shameful and humiliating for his ers. I could sense the anguish of Rufai Oseni who conducted the interview and he is even an Obi er.
How such an intellectually empty person could aspire to lead Nigeria is distressing and shows that the political landscape is populated be frauds and charlatans.
A personality like Peter Obi should never be allowed anywhere near Aso Rock Villa. It would be a disaster of monumental proportions to let Peter Obi get anywhere near the Presidency of Nigeria.

Look at what a grown human with a functioning brain wrote.

Anambra is still towering over Lagos in all indices of development. If that's what shame looks like let me remain shameless

you don't have the votes to make him president and he knows that. If the north ed him like they did to Tinubu in 2023 and he get half of south south votes, then he will be declared president. I will rather and vote Ameachi than Obi, one million times. If you are talking about Soludo and Umahi then I will not vote him. Obi is too fake and he is so tribalistic and a big pretender. Nothing for him as long as Nigeria exist.

Please , shush. If you and your pay masters were sure Obi couldn't win why did they disconnect the IREV and rigged the election. Tinubu lost the seat of his kingdom to Obi , lost Kano , Kaduna , Katrina, Abuja , Plateau, Rivers and Benue.

You people are bunch of criminals working to capture the Nigerian state because you know danm well you cant rig again. Shameless people

Perhaps you have not been updated in past few days on how the security operatives have been pouncing on the criminals most especially in the NC.

Travel to that region and see new established government projects going on..

How about the cost of governance, oil theft , the 750 kilometers Lagos-Calabar express commissioned after completing 30 kilometers? You think Nigerians are fools ?

This is no news.. I know too well that Igbos won't PBAT in 2027 despite all he is doing for South East. You see all those Uzor Kalu and likes will work against PBAT in their respective States.
The already fragile relationship between Yorubas and Igbos will hit the rocks finally in 2027.
@OP You can be rest assured that no Igbo man will ever be President of Nigeria.. cos Yorubas will never such. Two can play the game.

Tinubu won the last rigged election with a paltry 36 percent of the votes.....you think they will disconnect the IREV for him again?
You think Tinubu can get away with anything?

That first 30km is a challenging section cutting through some built up areas in Lagos. It was inevitable that that section will take longer.

The next section to Ondo State will be easier and I expect they'll do up to another 100km, and go past Ondo State within the next 2 years.

construction has started from the Calabar end too.

I think this project has a good chance of being completed within the original 7 year time frame. Even if it takes 10 years, it will not be the end of the world.

Most big and complex projects around the world are often delivered later than expected, except your name is China.

This whole this you wrote is nothing but a show of irresponsibility. How could you be so gullible? You actually think Tinubu have any idea in mind on how to save this nation? Get serious!

I never knew Tinubu after all the hype is just a desperate 4%er
Just imagine it was an OBJ or Jonathan commissioning a disted, corner corner 4% project. The kind of bitterness and vile that will be ripping from their orifical space about how Nigerian leaders are evil would have been enough to cure diabetes

These people are heart-less! Could you imagine this shame!

What a remarkable record shocked

Which 30% ? The road is about 3% completed. 750 miles with 40 miles completed

Chizzy Ezewanta of Chelsea U18 is a top prospect, NFF should keep an eye on him.

I hope the U20 coach will integrate foreign borns into his team for the U20 team.

Exactly what is wrong with you Nigerians ? Why would you always salivate over players groomed by other countries? What is wrong with your local talents and why cant you develop your football academies. You think England will allow you snap their top talent on the pretense of ancestry. Stop playing biko

So no Felix Agu and Chukwueze for the Russia game? Would have loved to have them against Putin's men. But it is okay, Olakunle Olusegun offers something as well, close to a Karim Adeyemi.

Uche and Onyedika have got to start and play together. I suspect Chelle will play Onyeka too in a 3 man midfield. We will see shaa.

I want to see Uche and Onyedika. You cant play Onyeka with Uche and Onyedika present. Honestly, Uche appears like one who is very disciplined

I wish Chukwueze didn't leave because I wanted to see him once more against a disciplined Russian side

If we have another friendly, let Chukwueze maintain his newfound number 10 position, and let Iwobi move to the wings. Let's see if it clicks; we may be on the verge of something special as long as Chukwueze remains consistent. His goal against Rwanda in Lagos and what we saw yesterday truly is some food for thought.

No, stop inviting Iwobi. They boy is weak , no creativity, no vision , no ball carrying ability.
MKPUOGALIGA: 6:58pm On Jun 01
I don't ever want to see Iwobi playing any midfield role in SE. It has become obvious the man is at the foundation of all the failures we have recorded since he started playing for us. Iwobi is not a midfielder! Let Chukwueze play there

Once a governor defects to the APC, governance often mutates into a grotesque performance of entitlement.

The hunger to impress vanishes. Complacency creeps in like mold—quiet, stubborn, and destructive.

Innovation dies not with a shrug. Decisions that once sparked growth are replaced by ceremonial nonsense, photo-ops, and recycled rhetoric.

And now Akwa Ibom, a state that for over a decade stood as the eastern corridor’s vanguard of growth, risks being lobotomized—its strategic edge dulled by party loyalty over public service. I’m genuinely alarmed.

Thank God Enugu, Abia, and Anambra haven’t bent the knee to the center. That disalignment is a strange blessing—it keeps governors alert, uncomfortable, and thus able. Because when re-election isn't guaranteed by party machinery, performance becomes the only real currency.

Has Akwaibom ever had a proper as governor. People celebrate Goodwill Akpabio for the mediocre performance without factoring the billions at his disposal. He swallowed 80% of the allocation to the state yet he is worshipped as a messiah. It breaks my heart

Solution is indeed doing great in Anambra State, following the foot prints of Peter Obi who broke the rule of godfatherism in Anambra State and started on a new phase likewise Obiano who capitalized on the money kept in the banks for capital projects to the State ...

Soon, Anambra State will be competing with Lagos in of organic development within the villages and towns....

I dont know why this post looked like something I wrote.

Good points!

Some may not want to hear this, but i’ll say it anyway! Like you rightly alluded to, mindset is the koko of the matter! I think one angle to this mindset issue that’s preventing Anambra cities from taking that giant leap forward and care more for aesthetics, sanitation and greenery is the distracting culture of hustling and making money! Such a culture has now become the be-all-and-end-all to the detriment of other aspects of living that could help uplift life expectancy and quality!

Take Onitsha and Nnewi for instance. Individually, our people are as neat and as clean as can be and you notice this in their individual homes and compounds. But the moment you step outside into the city streets nobody seems to care anymore, and it’s every man for himself as they abdicate to the gov’t the responsibility for ensuring a neat and appealing environment! All Nigerian cities suffer from this problem, but it’s most noticeable in densely populated commercial and industrial centres, and this is why Onitsha and Nnewi are the centre of attention when it comes to the south-east! Aba used to have this problem, but the Otti gov’t took the bull by the horns and took up the challenge to rewrite the cities narrative. Today, Aba ranks as one of the neatest cities in the region! So, besides individual responsibility, it’s also down to the state gov’t to fulfill its infrastructure obligations as well as knock a few stubborn Igbo heads together to enforce a culture change as we see happening with Aba! Also corporate and social/cultural groups have been found wanting in this regard!

I should reiterate though that this is a city thing as lots of villas in Anambra like Alor, Neni, Okija, Osumenyi, etc, don’t seem to have this problem!

It's the job of the government to teach the people how to respect their environment and why , then make sure they entrenched the culture of keeping their street clean and tidy. It takes time to take hold but it can be achieved. Presently, we have no respect for our environment because the government isn't doing their job.

Look at the flank of all the roads Soludo built ,they aren't paved. Most of the roads has no sidewalk and sand dunes pile on the roads.
