dont automatically assume that because a child got a STI, it is the parent's fault... do you know how many diseases children can catch in school, in their friends home, in the courtyard, in the playground etc... the damn child could have been abused by some pedo etc
you cant go around accusing people with no concrete proof... here is a simple clue: if the child was with daddy/uncle/aunt/grandma etc ONE DAY (3months ago) the child could have been infected back then.
so unless you have concrete proof that the mother is directly responsible for that child catching a STI, let it slide.

This is not true, please get a copy of tenancy law in Nigeria or Google it to know more about it. The quit notice is in order according to the law. You only get 7 days grace to vacate the property after your tenancy expire.
Unless the law just changed, any quit notice starts reading when your rent expires. You can't put tenants under pressure when their rent is still reading.

You can use the remaining time to look for another apartment or try to appeal to the landlord of the apartment to see if he can have a change of heart.

Six months or three months quit notice should commence at the expiry of the rent. But Nigeria is a lawless country where people bully those they can with law enforcers and go away with it.

One of my best friends who is expected to get married this year just called me for hours with regards to his plans.

again, you need to have concrete proof that the state of the child is due to the reckless actions of the mother.... so if all the above you mentioned can be contracted while in with other kids at kindergarden or in the compound where they live, then your whole plot will fail.
have you tried talking to mama? have you tried co-parenting? have you tried being closer to the child so that you can be more present in his life to monitor his/her wellbeing? , no matter how hard you hate that woman or what type of reckless life she lives, she IS and will STILL remain the child's mother and therefore would have rights to have access to the child (if/when the child is in your care).

I would advise you remove his name and number from here. He could use this against you. Be discreet about your next move and make sure you take legal steps. Don't do anything extra legal as it seems he is more brutish and dangerous.

You can call me wicked, I don't care, this lady messed up my mental health badly while still gaslighting me,I was trauma-bond .
