I also have friends who have used KLM with no issues from Bristol. Though one of them is yet to return back to the uk. I’ll check with him again once he’s back. When I travelled with KLM last month, I specifically asked the lady at the counter, if transit visa was required to transit via schipol......

Her answer was affirmative..... KLM even has a message on their booking portal....... And a friend that flew lufthansa, said same.....

I don't know when they switched the rules.... I always thought, so long as you don't exit the transit airport, you're fine...... 😁

Also if I want to do it in Nigeria, how many days to get a transit visa in Lagos? Thank you

If you have bought your flight ticket, either seek a refund (if possible) and fly direct.....

If you cannot cannot seek a refund, best to start applying for your transit visa, TODAY....
