You can actually eat rice with chopsticks. As a matter of fact, that's how chinese eat rice. As for amala, eba, punded yam etc na long thing be that.

I think the point the op is trying to stress is that one should eat lesser quantities at a time and slowly. Just reduce the eba ball or reduce your spoonfull of rice and your good to go.

Let me add mine, don't drink water immediately after you finish eating. Give at least 30 mins break. You can however drink little gulps while you eat

Firewood burning adds to the aroma as well as allowing the rice burn a little. There's the artificial additive though that give that taste.

Most times, my litte cousins will be like..they want to eat 'Occasion rice'..then i go out to buy enough ingredients..cook it veery sweet buh still it doesnt have that aroma..caterers!..whats d secret?..
