I’m lucky he decided to share his worries with me after the second email. He could have easily just ignored and mark my email as spam. Sent him ownership proof already. Hopefully he pays.

Need to quickly move away from investing in domain names that require you to outbound, it’s such a soul-crushing activity.

This sale finally closed today for $350. Lol. We ended up not using any marketplace or escrow for the transaction. All done manually. Sent him two options: 1. afternic/godaddy checkout link and 2. a wise invoice. I told him the wise/manual invoice was faster, and that Godaddy would add extra fees and delay the whole thing. He paid via wise this evening. Then I pushed the domain name to him. No 5% or 15 percent commission grin
