Make sure your home page file is named "index" and you files in "public_html" directory.

GraphicsPlus: ^Ok. The class of .noRight cannot work elsewhere unless u place it under class of .our_process and the class of .footer_details. The class of noRight is simply overwriting something, which is margin-right given to the above two divs. In css, the second styling is more important than the first except on few occasions. So the last always overwrites the first.

My usual practice is to declare global styles (same styling that appear in multiple sections) at the beginning of my style sheet, like under body{} I will declare other globalzzz!

I tried adding => .noRight{margin-right: 0px;} from top (as global in my own way) since it appears in multiple sections, it didn’t work well for me! Also if I placed it anywhere before the last it won’t work.

Any formal explanation why .noRight…. Most be placed where it is now?

The honest truth is that! Get the basics before you start cracking your brain with RWD. Just to carry every one along, I suggest that experienced folks break down/simplify some aspects for nebies as we move along (I stand to be corrected).

Permit me to add the image below so newbies will know what containers or divisions or layouts referred to above. This is a combination of image1 and image2 (final project image + photoshop sketch).

Also the folder structure should look like the second image, which you may create on your desktop.
Index.html = is where you will place all ur html codes
Images folder = is where you will place all ur image
Css folder = is where you will place all ur css file
