When Etsako East chairman was reinstated during Obaseki, he ignored it and worked with his appointee. And Deputy Governor Shuaibu was reinstated, Obaseki worked with his appointed Deputy Governor to the last day. So there's nothing new in Edo State politics.

Imagine someone presenting all necessary documents in court certified by the issuance authority and the person is in court and never objected but you're bending the matter again but same court calculated Hope Uzodinma votes and added them and declared him winner without him calling polling unit agents but few ward and LGA collation agents including one police man who tendered the result sheet without speaking to it as he's not a polling unit agent and PDP/Asue presented everything including witnesses despite the fact that Section 137 of the Electoral Act says "it shall not be necessary to call oral witnesses if the original result or certified true copies are made available and supreme court judgment says BVAS to be presented in court. Is it PDP lawyers that should open the BVAS after rendering it in court and asked INEC necessary questions before the tribunal including the BVAS extract certified by INEC and no objection and we're all itted, what other evidence can be more than this? If this clear matter is said not to be enough on technical grounds, which other petitioner can win election case under APC government? There's no point voting in 2027 if it is so because the result will be written somewhere and announced and nobody can prove anything. Will a presidential candidate call more than 100,000 polling unit agents after showing original result and CTC from INEC if he is able to get them like Asue Ighodalo?

Obaseki has stopped the nonsense created by Oshiomole but within 4 months Oshiomole's puppet Okphebolo imposed by INEC has brought back the nonsense, his miscreants in APC. Asue Ighodalo's petition is well analysed and the submission is very superb as the points were clear and we'll defended with all the necessary documentary evidence including BVAS which INEC refused to counter as the main respondent. Remove all over voting, unlawful votes, collate Asue/PDP votes that you refused to collate and count the lawful votes as tabulated by Asue Ighodalo's statisticians which Okphebolo's lawyer applauded before closing his case with only one witness who ended up ing what PDP said and then declare Asue winner as the one with highest number of lawful votes.

INEC's failure to defend the same candidate he declared winner in the election is really surprising and same INEC gave PDP the certified true copies of all the result sheet and did not counter the overwhelming documentary evidence with any other result. PDP cited many supreme court judgment to buttress her point after presenting all the necessary documents including BVAS. APC have nothing to defend because INEC failed them. PDP is challenging the non collation of results at Ward and LGA level including over voting which APC witnesses also ed PDP during cross examination. Asue and PDP must win this case. It's simple. INEC is evil.

Ighodalo has won and he's the governor not this confused man.

Even INEC who manipulated the figures could not defend the obvious bad rigging how can those illiterate APC witnesses defend the obvious rigging when form EC8A duplicate copies are with the party agents, on IREV and certified by INEC for PDP candidate and it's already before the tribunal, how can the manipulated result sheet cooked by INEC be defended by APC when it doesn't tally with BVAS extract certified? If Nigeria is a country, this case is the easiest to win. Asue Ighodalo of PDP will win this. APC witnesses can't easily lie on oath, PDP lawyers must drill them 🤣

INEC and APC with the help of Police did a very bad and obvious rigging in Edo and no witness can defend it, reason INEC witnesses absconded. Judiciary doesn't have option this time than to declare the right man the winner and after counting the valid votes, Asue Ighodalo of the PDP is the real winner.

Is it one polling unit that PDP allege but the only witness presented by APC has agreed there was over voting in his own unit and they refused to present more witnesses to counter PDP claim that over voting were done in about 133 polling units with evidence tendered in court but INEC and APC could not counter the claim. If you call only one witness and emhe itted there was over voting in his place and you choose not to call more witnesses, it means you have agreed that over voting took place in those other places PDP alleged because the result sheet, BVAS extract and other documents certified by INEC including IREV showed it as well.

The documentary evidence presented by the PDP candidate with the certified true copies all from INEC and as required by law, the Electoral Act, INEC guidelines and recent supreme Court judgment on non compliance, over voting, non serialization as written, physical BVAS also presented including BVAS extract and proven by PDP witnesses, judiciary must do the right thing this time. PDP must be declared winner after the right computation is done and all over voting cancelled and proper collation is done units where votes recorded were in compliance with BVAS figures. PDP must win this case except no political party will contest with APC again henceforth because they will continue to print 3 different result sheet and fill a separate one for APC and declare the real one on the field. This is shameful. INEC staff who manipulated Edo election especially Wike's cousin and REC should go to prison.

The evidence is enough to expose INEC and the witnesses have done the needful in those areas where manipulation took place. It's now incumbent on INEC to bring their witnesses forward to tell the tribunal how they generated a different result sheet and figures different from what same INEC posted on the IREV and written in form EC8A with the party agents as well as show the number of accredited voters in the BVAS 🔥🔥🔥. They have been exposed with enough documentary evidence by Asue Ighodalo, CTCs and form EC8A, BVAS etc.
