If you like, don't believe this news
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has laid the foundation for our economic growth
The first is the streamlining of our taxes
With this, investors have a clear indication of taxes to be paid instead of multiple taxes which was obtainable before
The second is the reparations of their investment
The truth is,the world is right now in a very tricky position with what Donald Trump is doing in America
Foreign investors are seeking stability and the president is giving this with his strong leadership

The Lagos to Calabar Coastal Highway is going on relentlessly
I visited that area in the 3rd week and of December and I am pleased to report the following
The second phase of the Road from Eleko Junction through the Dangote Refinery,to Folu town(LaCampiagne Tropicana) is being cleared and sandfilled
From Folu town through Ibogun community, also in Ibeju Lekki to Ode Omi,Ogun Waterside LGA has also been sandfilled
I was in place called Osoroko town,a community around Dangote Refinery, the road has gone through the community and attached are pictures
Also, from Folu town, the Road is being sandfilled all the way to Ogun State
My company has Estates around that location and I can tell you that the Developmental strides the road is bringing is mind-blowing
I encourage anyone who doubts my post to take a trip from Eleko to Ode Omi in Ogun State
This is not propaganda, the project is going on relentlessly
Attached are pictures from Osoroko town and Okun Ise community

I guess many don't understand what's about to happen.
Government is about to legalize using crypto for financial transaction.
It also means better synergy between the big Banks and the new Fintech banks. They will be able to have more access to your information and can give out bigger loans instead of the small collaterized loans using only salaries.
The financial sector is growing quickly and I hope many young Nigerians can key in.
I won't be suprised if online retailers like Jumia end up opening banks.
God bless Nigeria

I agree to disagree with the SAN,the road construction is almost finished, there's less than 5 kilometers left for the road to be finished.
The Governor has done very very well, it's a concrete road from Epe to Abraham Adesanya, and the citizens should endure the last lap of the road construction.
For those of us who live in that axis,we will always be grateful to the Governor for the total repair of the road,a little pain and eventually a lot of gain.

This government must be encouraged to keep this reforms
For me,no Government will come and tell us they want to remove subsidies again
Now we can start having the ideas of how to move our country forward
The days of subsidies are behind us,now we want to see Government work for the people both at the state and federal level

Let me salute HE Sanwo olu for this great resolve to connect the city of Lagos with rail lines
I know some people in Lagos that are now fully on public transport, they only use BRT and Rail lines for movement
As for the Green Line,I know that work has began on the project, houses on the ROW have been notified and preliminary work is already ongoing
I believe as long as PBAT is president,he might give the project the necessary go ahead before he leaves office
This Govt. is very progressive and I really encourage everyone who is able to get property around that location

What's happening in Kaduna is worse than what's happening in Rivers state.
Governor Uba Sanni has quietly decapitated El-rufai politically, the worst part of the whole issue is the silence of all the political actors both in Kaduna ana Abuja.
In Rivers,Wike is still struggling and holding on to state legislators, federal legislators and even the PDP party structure,in Kaduna it's worse.
The only woman in the party State exco that tried to defend El-rufai was shut down with ruthless alacrity.
Even the Speaker is keeping mute on his situation,it's really surprising there's not one single person fighting for the El-rufai,I ordinarily expected the state party exco to be divided for and against the Mallam cos that's the often times the weakest link.
Mallam El-rufai really mustn't be treated that way,he really worked to lift up a lot of his followers in Kaduna,I guess that's why his son is posting Asue for Governor in Edo State.
God bless Nigeria.

Did you just read the rubbish you wrote, you are accusing a man who built a Refinery of being afraid of Monopoly, the Nigerian Government couldn't repair the Local Refineries for close to 30 years yet you accuse a man who labored to build his Refinery of monopoly.
These same citizens will still accuse the Nigerian Government of unemployment.
U will always get the leaders you deserve,it's the worst sabotage on the Nigerian state for anyone to import a single drop of refined product when we have a Refinery that can produce all we need in Nigeria.
It's an own goal for NNPCL to even give import licence after it has spent billions to repair our dead Refineries.
Seriously Some Nigerians are more dumb than we think they are.
God bless Nigeria

quote author=Peppysco post=132080341]

Why is Dangote always scared of economic competition?
Why does he always have to create monopoly power for his businesses to thrive?
Do you not think it'll be a great danger to you and the economy if Dangote solely controlled the oil sector, same way he did to the Cement industry?
Do you not understand that market forces determine price in a competitive economy, rather than a single individual?
All these are some of the questions you should ask yourself.
Bro, see, Dangote go cry fire and there's nothing the government can do about it at this point because the sector is Deregulated.
Dangote should man up and face the reality that he cannot continue to have his away. A Buhari would have bent the rules for him but I don't see T-bag doing that. [/quote]

Hmmmmmm.......
This fuel subsidy cabal are the worst saboteurs of the Nigerian Economy. They are greedy, unpatriotic and the most ruthless set of people ever born in Nigeria.
It's madness for the CBN to give any importer one dollar to import any petroleum product into Nigeria. It will totally bankrupt Nigeria.
We are already earning less dollars as a nation especially now that NNPCL has decided to start selling the crude oil to Dangote in naira, yet some very terrible criminals want to import more petrol into Nigeria.
These importers are very very greedy, some weeks ago they told us the land cost of petrol was1150,https://www.google.com/amp/s/businessday.ng/news/article/petrol-landing-cost-at-n1117-pressures-nnpcs-secret-subsidy/%3famp, check the above article, all of a sudden they want to start importing and selling for the same amount without making a profit.
Asiwaju must tell Nigerians where he belongs,is he on the side of these Terrible thieves called Marketers or he's on the side of Nigerians.
God bless Nigeria.

Forget all this long talk,Alhaji Dangote isn't blackmailing anyone.
NNPCL set it self up for this madness by refusing to make the Refineries functional.
Another issue is the backlog of tickets they have collected from retailers, whether we believe it or not, NNPCL is in a terrible quagmire, they have collected money upfront from marketers and they can't meet up, neither can they refund the money back to the marketers.
That's what the Great Fela called Confusion break bone, they must continue to import and also collect subsidy.
My advice for Alhaji Dangote is to go the whole hog and destroy the NNPCL.
He must reduce the requirements for independent marketers to to lift fuel in his Refinery,he must also as a matter of urgency, set up the process of selling his fuel Directly to Nigerians.
Nigerian are very ruthless and he must also meet the cabal ruthlessness for ruthlessness, otherwise the Malta Cabal will.never allow his Refinery function.
God bless Nigeria

This is what I call the Dangote Effect.
People underestimate how Africa was really ing the economy of many European countries.
The Dangote Refinery has succeeded in shutting down demand for almost 40 million litres of PMS,5 million liters of Diesel and 5 million litres of Aviation fuel used daily in Nigeria.
When you add the demand likely to come from other West African countries you will understand why the Europeans will be never want Africa to develop.
We feed them with the Crude oil they need at very cheap prices and buy back the refined products at very expensive prices.
God bless Alhaji Dangote for liberating West Africa from the hands of these parasitic Colonial economic parasite.
Crude oil will still be in existence for another 50 years,if in doubt, even Kamala Harris has changed her position on fracking in the Us.
She has abandoned her green deal and is now favoring America producing more crude oil with fracking.
God bless Nigeria.

Only a daft Mumu man/woman will believe any figure from NNPCL and the coterie of parasite in that stealing organization.
Even though there was chronic scarcity of pms in Nigeria last month, NNPCL still found a way to cook up figures of close to 50million litres a day consumption in Nigeria.
We know the game,Abba Kyari and his cohorts of parasitic elements in NNPCL must justify the subsidy they want to remove from the federation this month so they cook up figures. They must do the usual mago mago to the subsidy money.
I'm sure they will bring receipts for close to 1.5 billion litres of PMS as product imported in the last month, awon ole, barawo banza, thief feeding fat on Nigeria.
NNPCL we are waiting for how much subsidy you will claim in the month of September since PMS is now 1200 in many filling stations.
I really wonder why Asiwaju is playing hanky panky with Nigerians on sacking Mele kyari and his cohorts in NNPCL,this is one year since he promised to make the Refinery work but no results, anyways that's why They will continue to oppose Dangote and the Refineries will be never work, all is because of the filthy subsidy pot they are licking.
Asiwaju sack Mele kyari now.
God bless Nigeria.

Which subsidy are they talking about, petrol is selling between 897-1200 as of today in many filling stations in Different parts of Nigeria, infact the price is almost same as Diesel that has no subsidy.
I'm waiting for the subsidy figures NNPCL will claim it spent last month,if any body still claims there's still subsidy on PMS as of today, that individual should be handed over to the EFCC.
God bless Nigeria

It's official. Eti-Osa and Ibeju-lekki is the New epicenter of Development in Lagos.
The Dangote Refinery, the Lagos-calabar Coastal highway, the Lekki Sea Port,Lekki Free Trade Zone and now the New Green Line.
If there's something I'm very sure of,the announcement of the sales of Petrol has totally changed the developmental pattern of life in Ibeju-lekki.
25 million liters equals roughly 8000 tankers everyday loading at the Refinery,if you add the Diesel and Aviation fuel,we are looking in the region of an extra 2000 tankers.
Even if 12 million liters are shipped to other locations,at least 5000 tankers will descend on the Refinery daily to load refined products.
That's why I praise the The Governor of Lagos for being futuristic and planning for what will happen in the New Lagos.
Seriously the figures above should excite any discerning Investors, that's why I have decided to share my investment opportunities in real estate.
The people will need low income houses, need schools for their children, need hospital and so much development to cater for their needs.
With as little as 2 million naira, you can secure a plot of land in an area that's 45 minutes drive to the Refinery, with the Train that will be available in the future, this is the best time to invest small and reap big.
Check my signature for more details.
God bless Lagos state
God bless Gov Sanwo olu
God bless Nigeria.

This Twitter economist with his bright Grammar way of analysing economic issues.
I don't take any of this online people seriously after the almost zero performance by Dr Bosun, the Minister In charge of the Digital Economy.
It's very easy to criticize and recommend theoretical solutions to Nigeria's problem online as seen by these online critics, but theory is miles apart from practical solutions.
Back to the issue, this Twitter economist has found his way to Nairaland and is postulating that Refining Crude oil locally shouldn't bring down the price of PMS Locally.
I totally disagree,I saw a chat where pms is sold in Libya for 51 naira and in Iran for 61 naira,if every country was following this idea of buying crude at International prices then no county should sell pms less than 1$.
The truth we must tell ourselves as Nigerians is why should we price our local crude In usd, there's an agreement between IOCs and the NNPCL.
I don't understand why the crude allocated for local refining should be traded in Usd, it's an anomaly that must be stopped.
Dangote can sell his pms to Nigerians at a cheap price if we pressure the Government to sell the local crude allocation in Naira.
Every transaction involved in extracting, transporting, refining and transporting the refined crude must be done in Naira.
Shipping, insurance and transporting must be calculated in Naira.
That's the only way we can ever enjoy cheap fuel prices.
God bless Nigeria.

I don't understand the hullabaloo about the upturn in the share of Oando.
Their shareholders have really suffered and if by a stroke of fate, the company's tides begin to change,I believe we should leave all the shenanigans and celebrate with their shareholders.
I vividly some years ago,as far back as 2007,while I was still a green horn in what it means to invest in shares,a very good friend of mine invested his upkeep money in buying Oando shares.
I it was around 70 naira to a share back them in 2007.
He was very very sure it was the next big thing in Nigeria, that was how I first got to know the company.
After many many years of heartache,I believe their shares plummeted to as low as 10 naira some years ago,I believe this period of increase will bring some joy to their shareholders.
Haters should please allow this long suffering shareholders make a profit on their investment.
God bless Nigeria.

Whoever is pushing this bandit killing spree narrative happening in the North-East of Nigeria should at least be objective in their report.
This narrative is getting very very one-sided and very soon Nigerians will lose interest and move on with their lives.
There's no battle that's one sided,I wonder how bandits will disarm a vigilante and a police man of their AK-47 without suffering any loss. That's an impossicant situation.
The reporter owes it to sane Nigerians to report the casualties on both sides and even if he/she decides to be sensational in their headlines, the demoralization should be on both sides.
They must start providing us with the scores on the number of terrorist and bandits that were killed anytime they are reporting.
I believe this is a time for these News mediums to show some patriotism and be factual in their report.
If they can report one vigilante and a police man were killed at their duty post, then anytime the security forces kill at least 2 or more bandits on their terror operations, then they must be ready to also let Nigerians know the enemy's camp was depleted.
We must never give the bastard terrorist the upper hand in reporting their bastard, criminal and devilish activities.
They must never ever win the propaganda war. That's a duty every media house owes this nation.
Patriotism over profit.
God bless Nigeria.

Finally the behemoth has roared,it was only a matter of when petrol will roll out and not if.
For months,I have been a cheer leader for the behemoth called the Dangote Refinery because if that project fails,Nigeria is Doomed.
I believe even the NNPCL is accepting this fact and is slowing winding down its operation.
Jagaban is a master planner, dribbler and ruthless executioner.
He has played 4 check moves In the last 2 months that Intelligent Nigerians would have deciphered.
Jagaban is a very easy man to predict, just that naive Nigerians are so beclouded by Anger and the Hunger in the land.
My apologies to all Nigerians on this very terrible situation we have found ourselves in our country.
First he announced NNPCL must sell crude to local Refineries in the Local Currency, check MOVE 1, infact according to reports, Jagaban presented the memoranda at the FEC meeting.
Second check MOVE,NNPCL quietly ceded all their Downstream operations to OVH an upshoot of Oando, Jagaban quietly took over the distribution of the products that would be refunded by Dangote and sold to NNPCL.
Thirdly Oando bought over some oil mining licenses called OPL some weeks,3rd CHECK MOVE,this is killing 2 birds with one big stone, now he can supply Dangote Refinery all the crudes it needs, releasing its dependence on The mad IOCs operating in Nigeria.
The last move CHECK MOVE is something he planned out a year ago, constructing the Lagos-calabar Coastal highway,to evacuate products from the Refinery directly to states on the coastal belt.
Jagaban is a genius,I repeat the man is a guru and a master at planning and execution.
I believe this issue of scarcity was intentional to give Dangote the leeway to possibly sell a litre at 800-900 per litre.
I'm also sure the dark days of fuel scarcity and subsidy payment are over for good.
As a Nigerian, what's your benefit or investment when the first drop of Petrol rolls out from the Refinery.
It's not too late to own a property on the Lagos-calabar Coastal highway, visit my signature for more details.
God bless Nigeria.

I believe Asiwaju did the best thing for Nigeria by removing the parallel exchange rate operated by the CBN and also the fuel subsidy.
Only President Jonathan attempted to remove the Fuel subsidy and some of the opposition party used it as one of their campaign manifesto to remove him.
Whether we agree or disagree, the removal of fuel subsidy and unifying the exchange rate is enough to remove any government as seen by the hardship in Nigeria but I really really respect Asiwaju for refusing to back down and reintroduce those subsides.
There's hardship in Nigeria and no one should try to cover it up,my advice to Asiwaju is for him to find quick emergency fixes for the country.
I can testify the power situation is really improving, although I don't know if if the same in other parts of the country, this has helped cover up the fuel scarcity that has been lingering for almost a month.
Asiwaju must ensure whatever the Ministry of Power is doing is improved on.
Asiwaju must also order NNPCL to sell subsidize crude oil to Dangote for the next 6 months so he can deliver refined petrol, diesel, kerosene and Aviation fuel.
This will really help to reduce the pump price of these products and help Asiwaju look for more sustainable results in the months ahead.
Finally he must sack the parasitic element in NNPCL,those guys will never allow Nigeria function as far as they are importing refined fuel into Nigeria.
God bless Nigeria

The Lagos-calabar Coastal highway is progressing at a very fast pace.
I visit the location twice a month and I have evidence of the work done, seriously it's breathtaking, please ignore all these naysayers.
There's a town called Okun-Ise after the Dangote Refinery,it's a few kilometers from the popular LA campaigne Tropicana, the amount of work done in that town I repeat is amazing.
I have a lot of land for sale there and I can tell you authoritatively the pace of the road construction is mind blowing.
Early in the year, around February when I visited my site,a journey between the town called Okun-Ise and the Ogun state part took us roughly 1 and half hours cos the road was very very Terrible, but now that same journey can be covered in 25 minutes and they haven't completed the road.
Please visit the site yourself and see the progress of work on the Lagos-calabar Coastal Highway.
I'm certain the road should cross over into Ondo by the First quarter of next year.

I always wonder why people believe protests and riot will change the economic fortunes of a country.
There's this economic lie that always precedes any riot or protest, it's the issue of reducing the cost of Governance.
President Ruto sacked all his entire cabinet, reduced the salary of his staff, but that didn't increase the revenue of Kenya.
Africa must accept it's a resource rich continent but cash poor continent.
The earlier we discard the narrative that we are a cash rich continent, and focus on how to make our resources work for us,the faster we will move out of poverty on the continent.
Our young people in Africa should stop all this economic protest but start focusing on how to industrialize Africa,we need a collaboration between countries in Africa to turn out fortunes.
Alh Dangote has shown the way by building the biggest Refinery in Africa,I hope other wealthy Africans will take a cue from him and focus on industrializing the continent, enough of these protest that will end up producing no results.

I'm always amazed anytime I read negative stories about Dangote Refinery.
What I read online is totally different from the real situation on ground.
I can saw with all boldness that the Refinery is pumping out millions of litres of Diesel and Aviation fuel everyday.
Just last week Friday,I decided to take a trip from Ajah through epe to Ijebu-ode so I could link the Lagos-ibadan expressway, and what I saw was mind buggling.
I saw a line of more than 400 trailers queueing from the second toll gate at Ijebu-ode.
They were waiting for their turns to load these petroleum products,I was informed the Trailer park in the Refinery was filled with tankers and the trucks had to look for a place to park.
I daresay people in Ajah don't know what's happening in the Dangote Refinery axis cos the tankers don't go through the Lekki-Epe expressway to pick up fuel.
Only very ignorant people will believe all these negative propaganda against the Refinery, work is ramping up around that axis.
My own concern is the opportunities that axis presents for discerning Investors.
A piece of real estate on that corridor will be worth 3 to 4 times in the next few years.

This is terrible news for Nigeria. It simply means we can't meet up with our financial obligations to our international partners, meaning expect fuel scarcity very soon.
However, any right thinking Nigerian will think this report will motivate NNPCL to quickly work on the Refineries or in the short run, mandate Oil companies to supply Dangote Refinery all the crude it needs to supply all our needs as a nation but the reverse will be the case.
Asiwaju must mandate an end to Importation of Refined products the day Dangote pumps put its first liter of petrol.
He should also conduct an audit of Petrol Importation in the last 10 years, the figures I see this morning is alarming, how can Nigeria owe 6 billion dollars on petrol subsidy when our total budget for 2024 is around 23 billion dollars, enough of the madness going on in that cesspit of Corruption called NNPCL.
God bless Nigeria.
