apprentist: Don't do either yet, and thank you for voicing out, instead of launching deep into the bosom of a strange woman as an excuse. Have a deep-rooted discussion with her about your concern. Then tell her you're considering taking a second wife to help ease her burden. That you usually feel for her whenever you see her so tired. When she hears this, Sir, believe you me she'll jolt out of excuses and then sit up to perform her wifely and motherly roles with such an alacrity that will surprise even her herself. You know why? Because an average woman hates sharing her man with another woman. We hate that kind thing like kilode! ![]() And don't be surprised when she comes back within a week or two to tell you she has found a business she'll like to venture into. You don't need to stress yourself any further. Just try the scope above and come back to tell me thank you. 1 Like |

These are the types of questions I love during the exams. Not all those list and explain; what are the characteristics of, etc. With real life experience questions, I'll naturally pour out my mind, including the personally generated characteristics, lists whatever need to be listed, and score my A. |

justi40: While thinking about it, please pray seriously for divine direction and revelation. And if God Himself gives you the go-ahead, then grasp it with your two hands and use it for the betterment of your people. Don't accept without hearing from God, I beg you. And don't allow anyone pressure you into accepting it, ok? The Chieftaincy ish, is not as simple as it sounds. Wishing you the best of luck. |

ChildOfDoom: You need Jesus Christ! Only Him can deliver you from whatever addiction you have. Rather be addicted in following and serving Christ than in any other worldly addictions that have untold terrible consequences. I pray you encounter Christ and be permanently liberated. Please think about it, because there's a way that seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are ways of destruction/ death! JESUS LOVES YOU! |

ricson11: It's a tradition in Bayelsa State where a bride is not expected to smile until her husband and his people (Family and Friends) have spread her enough money. She'll smile or laugh only when she feels satisfied with the amount of money spread. You can research further. It's not in any way a forced marriage like some people are stipulating. It's a culture shock. |

illicit: It's not fallacy. We've such a tradition in my place. The knife and broom can wipe off a whole lineage if truly someone from such a family is guilty of his death, unless the culprit confesses and certain traditional rites performed. Otherwise, it'll be from one mysterious and untimely death to the other in such a family, until maybe one of them seeks genuine repentance and total deliverance through The Atoning Blood of Jesus Christ. Even the children of the married daughters of such family, are not left out! Though they're gradually relaxing some of these traditions in my place, as a result of expansion of Churches and the gospel of Christ, that centers majorly on forgiveness. And in this same my place, we DON'T cheat on our husbands. The consequences of doing so could be very disasterous. Africans have deep rooted cultures, so we should rather learn, ask questions, and/or make further research than doubt whenever we read certain stories on the net. Thank you. |

Sirchiboy: It depends on where you live, because if you live anywhere where I live in Lagos State, dear brother in the Lord, shops here go as high as N3.5M per annum! Not even a whole 12 by 12 kinda shops ooo. You haven't even talked about other miscellaneous expenses you'll still incur, such as Fittings, Lightenings, Counter to display wares, Local Govt permit, State Govt permit, etc. My friends abandoned their shops when it was due for renewal and started operating from home. Shops that you're not even sure you'll be making enough sells. Those heartless, wicked agents and developers keep increasing rents out of the reach of a common man! Judgement awaits them! |

Squere: Please stop lending anything to them from now henceforth. What rubbish! If they come for anything tell them it's not available. Some people can borrow for Africa, no iota of shame or self-restraint. They lack contentment. Ojukokoro is their second name. What if there's no one to borrow from, can't they just make do with what they've? You've tried, jare. 2 Likes |

Me? Once I come personally to collect my properties back from you, that's the end of ever borrowing anything to you again! Even if you open my door and the item is staring at you, I'll tell you I was about to use it before I heard a knock at the door. As soon as you step out, I either bolt my door from inside, or take a walk outside. Patapata if I greet you next time, you can refuse to answer me. It's actually none of my business. I've learned not to allow people stress my life further than it's already stressed, abeg. 3 Likes |

[weedquote author=ChizzyBuna Upost=134232444]I reached out to a cousin of mine in Norway. I begged him for small financial assistance any amount no matter how small. He read the message and said he wil kk loo likel see what he wi buttll do. That was january 15, since then he rarely reply my message and if he reply he ignores my cry for help I tried writing him again but tears started rolling from my eyes. I felt so depressed begging my cousin and him just playing me like a child. Ignoring my messages I need advice, should i call it quit and distance myself from him?[/quote] That your cousin is he by any means called Clem, as his English name? I don't want to mention his Nigerian name. Because the Clem I know is desperately stingy, even to himself! He hardly wears any good clothes, and he has spent several years in Norway! Kj he KK My advice to you, stop ing him for help. Look unto God, the only one who's capable of helping us in times of need. He'll link you up with your helper of destiny sooner than you think. I have a deep cut on my once smooth legs caused by bathroom fall, two months ago. If not for the Grace of God, my enemy's head would have hit the edge of the entrance tiles. Architects and builders should kindly advise the landlords and developers on safety materials suitable, especially for residential houses, to avert this current bathroom-fall trend, abeg. May God rest his soul. |

Restitution? I pray God forgives you for the terrible thing you did to this nation and her citizens by that annulment. The annulment of June 12 election is majorly what utterly destroyed Nigeria and her democracy, giving room to looters, embezzlers and highly corrupt, heartless politicians that we have today. You did us strong thing IBB! You ruined Nigeria by that singular, thoughtless act! 5 Likes 1 Share |
