The most expensive and corrupt ridden road in the world.
At a total cost of #36bn , the 5.9km road comes down to #6bn a kilometer.
Compare with a project in Rivers at 21km with 7 bridges costing #30bn putting the cost per km at #1.2bn
The corruption going on in Abia is directly related to the sleazy propaganda the dwarf and his Obidient minions are dishing out.
Blame inflation the president caused.
Look at the facilities involved.... 🤡

Well, I have seen the road when it was in disrepair, I have ed inside the gutter because it is better that the actual road so I can't help but be happy for the residents that will use the road.
Congratulations to Aba people, the cost nonetheless, that road deserves to be done.
Stop lying.

How can a civil servant afford this...
.you increase your prices due to what I don't know but civil servant salary is still a mess...
Civil service is now a scammed organization.
They are now the poorest employee, especially government workers. It's too bad that they can't level their peers in other countries.

Kaczynski:
When I code, I don't use AI and I don't even use code completion, this post is about why not.Let's begin with AI. The reason why I don't use AI, besides from what I will explain in a moment about code completion, is because I have yet to see useful results beyond what is comparable to ripping of code snippets from Stack Overflow. Yes, AI can certainly produce much code, more that snippets, but what it produces is ripped off snippets of code from here and there. Often the code doesn't work or it contains security problems.
AI is hyped up to be something it isn't and it's "stupidity" (you can't really call it stupid, because it cannot be smart to begin with) is concealed behind what appears to be solid and authoritative answers. Still it knows absolutely crap about what it is doing.I am not saying that it's not useful at all. If what you're doing to begin with is copy/pasting code from Stack Overflow or elsewhere, then sure, because Google and other search engines have become so bad, AI can often provide you with relevant answers much faster than you shifting through page after page of useless Google Junk. But then you will reap what you sow.
Whenever you get a code snippet from an AI, try to search the Internet for that piece of code, you will fairly quickly discover where it was ripped off from and why it's generally a bad idea to use such code. But even if AI truly did produce really good code, I would not use it for the same reason that I don't use code completion.
Back in the days, before the mobile phone was widely used, and even a short while after that, we used to have personal phone books. This could be a small notebook, or even a simple piece of paper. On that we would put all the important phone numbers of family, friends, co-workers, etc. When we needed to call someone, and they had a new phone number, we looked it up in the book, then punched in the numbers and called the person. When we had done that a couple of times, the number stuck and we no longer needed to look.
Now, with modern phones and their build in phone books, it's so easy to call people without typing in their phone number that we just don't bother anymore. The result is that we cannot even the numbers of our parents or children.Code completion works the same way. It's convenient and it saves you time, just like the build in phone book, but it makes you less proficient at coding.
When you code without AI and without code completion you eventually much by heart and you become good at looking things up directly in the relevant documentation, and this is really important.
don't assume that I am saying that you should never use tools that will help you get the job done, that's not what I am saying. Using a calculator to do math is often easier and faster than doing the all the calculations manually, and that can be really helpful. But simply punching in the numbers without understanding the math will never make you a good mathematician.
Grow up please
Even from your last statement, tell me one good mathematician that doesn't make use of calculator.

Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital(NAUTH) in Nnewi Anambra State Now The Biggest Hospital In Nigeria And West Africa With 2000 Bed Capacity
Since Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi moved from their temporary site to their permanent site in Umudim Nnewi two years ago,it has been all blessings for the health sector of Anambra and Nigeria.
The permanent site started functioning with just one building built by some individuals under the umbrella of Anambra Progressives with Senator Dr Ifeanyi Ubah convened.
For the first time, the teaching hospital went digital as everything done inside the building was automated.
The biggest blessing happened when Prof. Joseph Ugboaja was appointed as the Chief Medical Director(CMD) of the hospital. He came with so many big dreams. He promised to make Nnewi a hub for medical tourism by making Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital the biggest hospital in Nigeria.
Nobody took his big vision so serious,as everyone thought he would be like other CMDs that have come before him.
Few months down the line as a CMD and many more buildings have been set up,equipped and functional.
How did the magic happen?
Even as Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital belongs to the Federal government ,Dr Ugboaja never waited for federal budget to build projects in the hospital. He understands the power of public private partnership and he's been making optimal use of it.
As Anambra especially Nnewi is a place blessed with so many well to do individuals,Dr Ugboaja has been strategic enough to be reaching out to the rich and wealthy people in Nnewi and Anambra, selling his dreams of making Nnewi a city of medical tourism with NAUTH to them. That was how the permanent site of the teaching hospital took a new turn.
Almost every week now, a new foundation for a new project is laid.Money is no longer the problem as funding is now coming from both private and public sectors.
Few days ago was the second anniversay of the permanent site and Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital has sured University College Hospital in Ibadan which is 1200 bed capacity to become the biggest in Nigeria with 2000 bed capacity.
It has also become the biggest hospital in West Africa alongside Korle Blu hospital in Ghana which also has 2000 bed capacity.
This is capacity.This is excellence.
Beautiful, just that the service is eluding the poor
