I watched on DSTV yesterday how the Rural Electrification Agency has immediately secured 130 jobs for 130 young graduates in the renewable energy sector.

In a bid to close to skills gap in the renewable energy sector and empower young graduates with qualitative industry skills, while securing the fast-growing clean energy sector in Nigeria, the Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) in partnership with the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN) and the Ecological Innovation Empowerment Initiative (EIEI) have launched the NEXTGEN RESCO Program.

On the 26th of May, 2025 in Abuja, 130 young graduates, comprising 50% of male and female future leaders, were officially inducted into the 12-month long program, with a unique opportunity to gain quality industry knowledge, learn from industry experts and collaborate with key stakeholders in the energy sector.

Leveraging its close-knit strategic engagements with the Renewable Energy Service Companies, the REA has equally secured the buy-in of the private sector, ensuring the 2025 Cohorts of the NEXTGEN RESCO Program secure active roles in private sector companies in Nigeria, optimizing the skills garnered from the 12-month long Program.

Upon the official launch of the NEXTGEN RESCO Program by the Honourable Minister for Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande, the REA has successfully secured 107 ready paid roles for the 2025 Cohorts, with more private sector players making commitments to take on additional Cohorts.

See the faces of the young graduates beaming!

The IP69 rating on the realme C75 is a game-changer for me
Honestly, Realme keeps getting better with every release
Dimmah: 4:11pm On May 24
Darklantern:
But the realme C75 seems like a solid choice with its powerful processor and better camera
The design alone is enough

onlyedwin:
I don't know why people are complaining about the processor, I think it's actually okay for the price
I didn’t expect it to look this sleek for the price

They're yet to overtake TECNO in anyway or anywhere Bro. Don't let the whole online lies deceive you. It wasn't long ago when the Tech fest happened in Barcelona.

Where was Realme and what was their input? TECNO won the best innovative brand of the year right there in the presence of other Phone giants
Who else is seriously considering switching to Realme?

I can see a lot of profiles here already are realme staff. Nice promotion.
Not everything is a marketing stunt. Some of us are just phone enthusiasts sharing opinions

Didijiji:
This is a sponsored post against transsion to promote realme that I have never heard before

Why the hate?
I get the skepticism. But have you actually used any realme device? You might be surprised
Dimmah: 12:40pm On May 11
Goalnaldo:
Why do I feel this thread is a Realme sponsored thread? Just look at the first set of commenters
It’s easy to assume promo, but sometimes the hype is real. I wasn’t expecting to like the device either

Trustmea:
subtle marketing of Realme
Top 5 with just 2%? That says a lot. With launches, realme might just pull a surprise by Q4

It's like Realme don go pay Tinubu boys on nairaland to promote their brand
This is Nairaland, people love talking tech. Seeing a new brand gain traction shouldn’t be that shocking

You got it... REALME
but realme has been making some noise lately, so people are just naturally talking more
Dimmah: 12:33pm On May 11

You are right... They now full nairaland to fool unsuspecting fellows
It’s not that deep. Good product, people talk. That’s how the internet works

You are right... They now full nairaland to fool unsuspecting fellows
Now that’s a move! realme in top 5 already? 3rd place might just be a few months away
