The truth is that nobody can be friends with everyone. Governor Sanwo-Olu is a perfect gentleman. On the other hand, Tinubu is a godfather who raises thugs across the SW region. The two have nothing in common.

If not that Tinubu cherry-picks and kicks out Lagos governors, Sanwo-Olu would've rid the state of APC thugs who have totally overrun the state. Just like Ambode of the past, Governor Sanwo-Olu's hands are tied.

I think Sanwo Olu went to Uyo for Umo Eno's APC decamping... So Tinubu's alleged fracas with Sanwo might not be totally true.

That being said, when Ambode was trying to rid Lagos of social ills, Sanwo Olu was the one used to kick Ambode out of Lagos. Ambode was the person who really wanted to rid the Lagos system of thugs, starting with road transportation, but their baba frustrated him.

The same oppressive system that got Sanwo Olu into Alausa is the same one allegedly against him now, so he shouldn't be surprised because he's a part of that system. At least he got a 2nd term despite his poor performance in office, something Ambode was denied.

One important parameter is having a formal, documented and taxable job. How many Lagosians do you think meet this criteria? The unemployment rate in Nigeria is high. We have a teeming population of unemployed working age people. That's a fact.

I think you missed the main objective of the research... They only considered people of working age up to 64 years old, regardless of whether their job is taxable or not. I am pretty sure a lot of the Indian demographics would contain people of working age, some of who are mere street traders, food sellers etc...

Whichever way you chose to look at it, the research deliberately ignored Africa cos no African country was captured, not even North African countries like Egypt and Morocco... So it's a biased research and it's useless to us as Africans, we don't need such.

Even if goverment used highest technology fencing all the borders areas, that won't stop insecurity except the cabals eating from this give up and have change of heart

Hmmm πŸ€”
cyberbro(m): 12:57pm On Jun 05
All of these are just attempts to stop Nigerians from traveling... Embassies telling people to legalize documents from them at an exhorbitant rate is a crime that should be reported to the Nigerian authorities. You can send an email to the MFA (ministry of foreign affairs) on this...

By the way, I don't know why anyone would want to visit Russia at this period in time... The war could get out of hand in a second and many could lose their lives.

No African country, always lagging behind

Foreign researchers usually don't cover African countries due to lack of data and budget constraints. Blame the quality of the research on the researchers, don't condemn your own people. πŸ˜’

Lagos has at least 10 million people below the age of 40, so the research failed to capture Africa as a whole.

Africans must desist from using research that doesn't cover our continent, cos it's really useless to us, just like this thread.

Very risky! But I'm very sure insecurity can be wiped your completely in Nigeria without fencing the borders within a month if our politicians and military personnel eating from insecurity in Nigeria are ready to give up!

So I asked:
Did she cook when you were dating?

He said no.
Did she clean or wash?
He said no.

I said, so she’s never been doing those things, and you expected her to suddenly change cos you’re married?
He got angry.
https://x.com/Chrisllionaire/status/1929912597148525003?t=D-zPbhzPI06X5WHxvc3kTQ&s=19

My own opinion is that a guy should never marry any woman who doesn't put enough effort into the relationship or show enough potential to be a good wife, same way a lady shouldn't marry a man who doesn't show enough potential to be a good husband.

The entire essence of dating is to truly know your partner, so if a girl lacks home training or isn't domesticated enough, jejely leave her, otherwise you go regret later.

You want bandits and terrorists to kill labourers or workers fencing these areas or you want them to be kidnapped while carrying out this project?

Such constructions are done my military engineers, if need be they'll add other workers (civilians), but under heavy security protection... But of course, it's still risky...

Yea, but that doesn't mean they will now go to the border and start breaking the concrete walls down lol... Ontop wetin bro? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Don't forget that the immigration also patrols and such borders would be extremely tall with solar CCTV cameras monitoring it day and night.

Person wey go break border wall because of iron rod go fit break hospital and bank na... E no easy like that o.

Is there any border area today in Nigeria that's not critical? Name one!

You're right, they're all critical. But in of border security though, the North East must be given a higher priority due to the influx and outflow of bandits and terrorists. Northern borders in general are just too porous.
cyberbro(m): 10:07am On Jun 05
IslamVIRGINS:

Concrete fense at all border areas that will cover a very large areas in miles, where FG go see that money to carry this out!

The thing is that they'll start with more critical places, I don't think they plan on doing it overnight, but it's all a proposal in the meantime.

To be honest, we must take border security seriously, so fencing isn't a bad idea.

LOL "iron condemn guys" Nairaland ooo🀣🀣🀣

That's true sha, the steel part would attract vandals. But concrete would be difficult for them to tamper with.

Looking at the country that we are, with millions without job, can you take up the job of a domestic staff for a high profiled politician like a governor, senator etc in the country?

you are a graduate. Might even be a masters holder or Ph.D.

For me, I would gladly take it because I can achieve a lot in less than 5 years than someone who put in 35years in state or local government civil service.

I know a domestic staff to a former governor who has built 3 houses already. Someone in civil service after 20 years hasn't bought a land yet.

Sometimes it's really not about the money, it's about your dignity and self worth... If you put a price tag on everything you'll miss your calling in life.

It's an insult to degree holders or anyone with tertiary education to be told to work as a domestic staff.

I'm a fitness coach and when I mean very big I mean very big. Their are supplements the person can take and they will see a very good size. The only barrier is if the persons genetics limits such muscle growth.

I don hear.

You're πŸ’― spot on. Politicians will never fight each other, they will only throw words around and later reconcile, but a poor man without a job is busy doing "PDP vs APC vs Obidient" online.

People who are supposed to focus on how their lives will move forward keep thinking Nigerian politicians care about them! They are all the same!

It has always been the political class vs citizens! I hope Nigerians have sense some day.

I get you. If the person is not limited by their genetics, they can actually grow the ass to a very big size .

Well, I'd disagree with the "very big" part. Very big is what people who do surgeries get, so you cannot expect that by squatting and other butt exercises. You can gain some size down there, at least something visible, but it's not gonna be very big.

A lot of female fitness influencers are guilty of doing surgeries and hiding behind gym, that's why others have unrealistic expectations. I'm a fitness guru myself, so I know what I'm talking about.

You can even get a big well tonnes ass in the gym with the right diet and supplements and workout

Exactly. While there's a limit to what you can get in the gym, you should be satisfied with your body regardless.

The ultimate thing is contentment and self love.

This your comment is Golden!

Normally as a human, not everybody will be attracted to you, even if you invest in more beauty creams, soaps, clothes etc...

Who will like or love you is going to come naturally. That is why it's not good to force a relationship.
This doesn't mean you shouldn't dress good-looking. But don't put pressure on yourself!

My philosophy on body enhancement is that anything you cannot achieve in the gym or through diet, forget about it. God didn't create everyone to have the same body type and you're unique in your own way.

Anyone that can't appreciate your body the way God made you doesn't deserve you.
