Just because your own restructuring means regional government does not mean other people will follow your idea. Some people would say the power at the center is too much which I also agree. They marched against Hosni Mubarak of Egypt and now Egypt is very weak and her economy struggling.

He took the most fertile land from the whites and gave it to his people (90% of fertile land in Zimbabwe use to be in the hands of the minority whites) and then the celebrated Mugabe became a dictator who must go. Shame on Africans who let the West media manipulate them.
