Some students of OAU have been arrested by the DSS After Protesting Against Wike while he was speaking at the school.

The students were protesting against Mike's demolition of homes in Abuja before they were whisked away.

Now is it that Nigerians cannot criticize this Tinubu istration?

Annoyingly, some people would still want to be blaming Wike even though he might not be aware of the arrest of the students. That's the work of security operatives

Assuming but not conceeding that he's unaware, who should they blame if not Wike?
Adeleke or Abure

Is that what the students were sent to school to do?
They should be punished for diverting away from their responsibilities

All I can say is that the students have succeeded in their mission.

Now, they have raised the awareness that Wike demolished houses in Abuja.

This incident raises important questions about the balance between freedom of expression and security during high-profile events. While the university's spokesperson framed the removal of the students as a protective measure, the lack of clear information about their current whereabouts is concerning. Peaceful protest, especially in academic environments, is a cornerstone of democratic engagement. The fact that these students were reportedly manhandled and possibly detained—without transparent communication from either the school or security agencies—deserves urgent attention. Institutions must ensure that students’ rights to dissent are respected and safeguarded, even amid opposing opinions.

Their protest was a right thing to do, but in a very wrong environment..,at the wrong time.
Imagine an institution denying the arrest of the said students under their custody, too bad.

tomorrow this same you will be the one criticising them

Yes, I will definitely criticise them if they do silly things, like VDM pressing the butt of an unknown lady. That's insane for a guy who - many Nigerians think - stands for something positive.

Nigeria has gone back 55 years under broda Yekini. We are now in a cold version of the civil war.

Fulani can kill unchallenged and still get amenities. Kidnappings here n there. Terrorism. Banditry.

Where is the DSS for those?

It is expression of opinion against house n property demolition that's treasonable offence to them. They arm no one ooo. Chaiiii.

It's called Islamofascism. That's what Nigeria is ing through.
But the fascists will lose alas. They will regret losing the little they had.

They were obviously sponsored. Ask them which building was demolished and you will see that they do not know anything.

Time for everything, we want to turn everything into politics. Someone in Ife is protesting for someone in Abuja who has no idea why.
Watching the video, this is not a peaceful protest but a disruption of the event. This is a minister of the federal Republic for God's sake, there should be some more decorum and tact. You don't get things done properly by throwing tantrums and trying to embarrass people.
