TimeManager: Renounce the adoption of unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal justice system in the 12 sharia states so that ISWAP/Boko Haram/Fulani herdsmen shall close shops. If not, it's a fight till the end of Nigeria. Those Islamic insurgents say they are fighting for a country to be governed with Sharia criminal laws. Nobody wants to tell the truth about the Islamic insurgency in Nigeria. |

flokii: Don't you dare use Israel as an example... Israel is a Nation Nigeria is a committee of Nations. The country should be divided. How can you tell an Igbo man to go and defend an Nigeria that keeps killing his people and his dreams? You lots can defend this failed country where those trying to defend themselves against Fulani invasion are bombed by the Nigerian Air Force. Let the bandits overrun the country hopefully, we will all agree to give them the north while the south leave and form their individual independent countries. Will Nigeria eventually get divided... YES! less than 7 years time... Actually should be less than 5 |

Exgee: AFRICOM seems to have unlimited resources to fund these groups that spring up like weeds in a garden. You can tell they're common criminals parading as religious adherents because they are wrecking or trying to wreck havoc and take innocent village lives during a very religious Hajj period. |

How many "Top Commanders" will the NA kill before this is permanently put down. Hamas as large and deep within the entire Palestine doesn't have as many commanders killed before Israel subdued them ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

What is the Supreme Court of Nigeria Afraid of exactly? As of June 4, 2025, the supreme court of Nigeria has not yet scheduled a hearing date for the case filed by 11 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governors challenging the federal government's declaration of a state of emergency in Rivers State. The case, ed as SC/CV/329/2025, was expected to be addressed after the court's Easter recess, which concluded at the end of April. The lawsuit contests President Bola Tinubu's March 18 declaration of emergency rule in Rivers State, which involved suspending Governor Siminalayi Fubara, Deputy Governor Ngozi Odu, and all of the State House of Assembly for six months. Retired Vice iral Ibok-Ete Ibas was appointed as the Sole during this period. The PDP governors argue that these actions exceed the President's constitutional powers and undermine democratic federalism. Despite the urgency of the matter, the supreme court has yet to fix a hearing date, leading to criticism from civil rights groups like the Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA), which accuses the court of stalling proceedings on this critical constitutional issue. |

Myrepublic:You are very correct. All those repentant terrorists who were rehabilitated and put in our forces should be fished out, interrogated and flushed out. That in itself is a travesty and treason to the country. 1 Like |

If northern states was a country of their own. By now Boko Haram, Iswap, Bandits and other associated terrorists would have started colonizing them on an agreement basis. Boko Haram would have been given North East, Iswap would have been handed North West and the other Northern parts would have been occupied by bandits. Sudan will just be spying and begging Northern Nigeria for tutorial while Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran and Chad would have been their allies....even Saudi Arabia will put an embargo on Northern Nigeria from coming for Hajj or anything like that just as other rational, liberal countries of the world would.....Northern Nigeria is so lucky that the Southern Nigeria is still sleeping and hasn't seen enough reason to declare separation in one Southern voice and not separatist.

flokii: You are right but very important to tackle the radical fundamentalism adding fuel to the raging fire of terrorism in Nigeria. But for extremist ideology many in the North (from political, religious and cultural leaders to ordinary men and women) then terrorism can be defeated quickly and remain defeated in Nigeria. Deradicalising minds, and of course preventing the radicalisation of minds in the first place, will remain the biggest challenge to ending terrorism permanently. That will take time to achieve and only when Northerners themselves desire such. Terrorism cannot be defeated and stay defeated by valiant boots of our armed forces personnel toiling on the ground while literally thousands of extremist clerics are radicalising young Northerners daily with warped interpretation of scriptures. Something has to be done about that aspect of this battle otherwise Nigeria is on a long thing and ,ultimately, an exercise in futility. |

KillahPriest: "Praise singer" because he wants an end to terrorism and adds his own suggestions of possible solutions? We wonder what we should call you and your ilk always angry and insultive towards Nigerians who dislike terrorism and terrorists to then wish both could be ended. 1 Like 1 Share |

TimeManager:For those who are nonchalant to the Nigerian Armies struggle in the North East saying that the Nigerian army is not protecting them please try and read about what happened in places like South sudan and Somalia when the terrorist rebels took over... It might give an insight to what will happen if the Nigerian army is defeated.... Some of you fail to realize that a country's armed forces is the sole reason for it's sovereignty.... Do you think if the terrorist defeat the army , they'd come and shake hands with us and give us a pat on the back? What I'm trying to say in a nutshell is,no matter how bad the Army might seem to be,they are the only thing standing between us and those blood thirsty beasts..... |
