If you they find enough evidence you will be charged to court and if you are found guilty you will go to prison. If there is not enough evidence to charge you to court for rape, you can still be charged to court for deception and disruption of public peace.

U guys are dull... u think police station is kirikiri.... no police can charge u to court without evidence.... if I get to court, which material does the prosecutor wanna use.... I could be arrested for saying that, but can't be charged to court .... most of uvare so dull not to understand hoe the judicial system works .... if I specify an unsolved crime , its different from just saying I killed someone and later deny it .... any prosecutor that takes the case will b questioned if he even has a degree by the judge ...I'm from a family of lawyers , go and ask questions from real lawyers.. not charge and bail
