I have met with a hospital manager 2 months ago to make certain enquires and when she showed me their income and expenditure, I knew there will always be problems. The money the hospital spends is more than what is coming in. How can they deliver proper healthcare?

Why will generator going off make them unable to continue operation. They would have tried to use touch light at least.

I do not think this was a case of being unable to proceed with the operation due to darkness in the operation room. Probably an equipment or device that needed electrical power.
