I read the facts, they disconnected the NAF , like they usually do without informing customers. Hence the consequence. Serves em right.

The Discos are not providing value for money, they distribute bills for power they never supply.

Any person who pays electricity bills knows this, but off course you don't pay bills, you don't know what responsibility it as you live on your couch.

Don't tell me you willingly pay for what you dont consume. Do our telecoms bill you on estimated calls or calls you never made? Dont they have a functional customer care dept that resolves issues?

Mention 1 disco in Nigeria that has a functional customer care unit that actually addresses customer complaints.

I moved into a new apartment 3 years ago, there was an outstanding bill of over 200,000= from previous tenants, we wanted to convert to prepaid, the landlady wont pay the bills, a disco staff was saying we must clear the bill.

The question is where was the incompetent disco staff when the previous tenants were accumulating the bills?

You're obviously transferring the frustration from your situation into this one. My prepaid meter was unilaterally decommissioned by phed, they said they'll get me a new one but I know that's just talk. Now I'm on estimated billing but you don't see my transferring my irritation irrationally. On this particular NAF case, IKEDC is not in the wrong

They have prepaid... the outstanding bills is what caused this... because of this the surrounding streets and oshodi... are suffering cos D same nepa refused giving others light cos of the conflict..
