The day I know the security of this country is very porous was when I traveled at night along Lagos - Ibadan - Jebba road and observed a lot of brand new motorcycles (much more than 700) rode by guys on that expressway heading towards the Northern part of Nigeria without anyone checking or questioning where hundreds of bike will be rode to the north when it was cheaper to transport it with trucks. They were not going in groups but in small numbers so as not to notice their huge number on the road.
