Now let me repeat, the English Language is not difficult. 1) A report came out that the Lagos State Government was going to start charging people for parking outside churches. It said that the government had written to the churches and it was going to start implementing the charges. 2) People asked why the government was targetting Christians/churches. Some asked why people parking outside mosques were not going to be charged. 3) The government released a statement to debunk the notion that it was targetting churches. It said that it was implementing the state's parking policy (which applies to everyone) and that it simply wrote the churches to inform them about it. 4) Yet a guy comes to say that the government is lying, that the government said that it did not write churches and that he can prove that they wrote churches.
