You keep asking this dull question. LP sued INEC, Tinubu and APC. Meaning that the three bodies or persons have legal counsel defending them against LP's suit. You should visit court sometime to know how legal proceedings work, or at least watch film.

Chai, you be idiot i swear....i was asking questions....go to school and understand when questions are being asked. Obviously INEC was sued along side Tinubu and Shettima, so it is logical for INEC to object to any requests of the appellant.

So, LP cannot say INEC is on the side of APC because they are being sued as well by LP and therefore have the right to defend the election result.
