Just finished watching PARADISE complete season 1, The series is not all that, I saw so many people here recommending it here so then i think I should check it out.. The storyline and script of the series is not that fascinating as people here said, Me watching the series then thinking in my mind that have seen something similar to this storyline before. "World ending the billionaire built bunker they want to control the people, then someone will try to stop them "have seen this type of particular shit countless time. dis series is even similar to the fallout, even similar to resident evil. if you are the person that usually watch TV series or movie you will get what am trying to say about the series storyline. Hollywood should try am be creative about dere script again. this particular storyline is always being repeated too much. So my rating 6/10😖 4 Likes |

Holav:*4/10. The is show was gutter quality. The first few episodes were ok, but they just veered off, and started mixing plots from other shows and movies diluted with unwanted melodrama with the hopes of getting a S2...and they even tried a last minute hail mary shock value, with one nonsense reveal by the end, but i wasn't moved, as i had already caught on to their BS by then. The movie more than did justice to the source material imo. oyaskii:Get off your high horse, we live in a capitalistic society and Hollywood is no exception, everything in the industry is a money grabbing scheme........ it's literally called the movie business Also, there are fans of the books that hated the movies like me, I stopped at the fourth installment because of how it butchered a lot of characters due to them having no time to develop them. I don't have faith in this one though because the creator said they didn't read the books but fingers crossed, surprisingly Hermione is exactly how I imagined her from the books so her casting is on point 3 Likes |

Rarre:the back story they did in ep6 was very unnecessary ... I hate it when they insert a back story in a already progressing story .. it somewhat disrupts the vibe of the movie/series for me .. One of the reasons I dread animes.. They do a lot that there .. I hope ep7 gets back into the actual timeline .. I feel whatever they did ep6 should have actually been the ep1 .. |

Baddestguyp: ° Brodaman, Thank you. The series didn't show us how the boy developed into what he was, just the aftermath of what happened. You can't bully a boy for long and not mess with his mental state of mind. There's nothing the boy did that we haven't seen oyinbo pikin dó. Pikin whey dey talk anyhow to parent, imagine make you dey punish introvert with grounding. What i learnt about the series, is the beauty of England police system, the breaking in with insurance to cover it, the respect for human and its dignity, how spoilt their kids are, i pity their teachers, i go don wooze you slap make dem deport me. That last episode was not necessary. Every society has its ill, UK with their knife, US with their gun and LGBTQ nonsense, naija with our yahoo fraud.
