Umahi is trying no doubt, but I feel he is more focused on road construction and good drainage which for this argument is a known fact. But for infrastructure in the real sense of infrastructure, make I no lie, my village is yet to be electrified even though it shares a common boundary with Enugu where we have EEDC

Why if it had rained for six hours? The houses would have been submerged.

Most of these flooding are usually caused as a result of poor drainage system. Thank God no life was lost.
