E01 - Meter not initialised - Ikeja electric
E02 - Meter not calibrated - Ikeja electric
E03 - Internal error - Ikeja electric
E04 - No supply voltage present
E07 - Communication error between the meter and UIU
E08 - Wireless interface error - Ikeja electric
E09 - Incompatibility between the meter and UIU
E10 - Software error - Ikeja electric
E20 - Remote disconnection initiated

When you applied for prepaid meter, you got your ARN. Check the copy of Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company application form for prepaid mete. I hope you made a copy of the form...

Good Morning, thanks for your prompt response. A Co neighbor took it to their office, and it was rectify @ #3000 including transportation. I didn't ask him how much they collect there. Have a nice weekend.

This EDMI HD21 meter was installed at my place and it worked that same day and the next day it went off.

Ikeja electric representatives said the meter has factory problems and will be retrieved.

Please so you have an idea of how long it will take for them to reinstall the meter back if they eventually retrieved it?

Please how do I follow up with EDMI HD21 people and ensure the meter is worked on and reinstalled quickly.

Electricity customer with faulty meter does have the right to have it fixed within two working day.
