i use a friend GTB Mastercard, The bank only sent us a message of the amount of what we purchased in dollar, we have not confirm the naira equivalent. but #23000 was in the before we were able to pay for the stuff, it still complain of insufficient credit when we have #22000 in the , so we have to transfer #1000 to it.
