Haba what you wrote isn't so meaningful. There is a constitution to be followed for ministerial appointments. Even if Buhari wishes to have an all fulani ministers, constitution won't allow him

I thought they said that the second list will be submitted today so that the Senate can now open the first and second Ministerial lists today. I'm sure of that only that I can't trace the source for now. They are now saying that the subsequent lists will be forwarded soon. The presidency should stop taking Nigerians for granted.

...to grasp which atmosphere? Upon his slow attitude,we still have Fashola, Fayemi, Amaechi, Lai, Onu, Kemi, Ngige and Co. on the ministerial list. The challenges Nigeria and Nigerians face do not warrant this abnornal delay. Like play, Buhari and National Assembly wastes a year.
