Former Senate President and Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Anyim Pius Anyim, says arbitrary change of presiding officers of the 4th Assembly was why the lawmakers moved to impeach former President Olusegun Obasanjo. Obasanjo is one the the best President's in my opinion , after Musa yaradua . He also ruled with military hands , and that military energy he used was so helpful in the economy development as well ... Whoever tried to stop him was removed or silenced . This same system is what buhari is failing in flying colors at , cos he lacks the intelligence and tenacity obj had , obj was a president full of life , a pro - active man ...
