Dina is way more sensible and intelligent than Ellie, if Jesse was still around, that child would have a semblance of a home

The movies were not bad - but if you were to compare it to the books - then they're bad. But if they are going to follow the same plot points as the books and be faithful to the adaptations it will definitely be a great show no matter the casting. You should know that the show would do justice to Harry Potter than the movie because they've a lot more time to do that

I don't expect them to make the characters different, if they do however, it won't surprise me. I haven't read House of the Dragons books, but I'm very sure Rhaenyrea isn't bisexual and yet the show made it so.
HBO does not prioritise inclusiveness as much as Disney, but they do it nonetheless.

Thank you for this! People went mad when they heard that one of the writers doesn't even care to read the books. Those are the people that'll infuse craziness into the show.

That episode is what made me finish season 2, if not for it, I would have abandoned it. Spent ages watching the remaining episodes, it was boring as fvck and tiring as Hell, we especially having had to listen to that brash, impulsive, confused Ellie, who thinks the world revolves around her (well it kinda does). Lol.

I hope they focus more on the infected, and how they're evolving, especially seeing how the fungi can use humans as agents to make the infection airborne. If any of these aren't in Season 3, then that's it for me.

The first few episodes were ok, but they just veered off, and started mixing plots from other shows and movies diluted with unwanted melodrama with the hopes of getting a S2...and they even tried a last minute hail mary shock value, with one nonsense reveal by the end, but i wasn't moved, as i had already caught on to their BS by then.
