I don't think so, PDP has money and can approach the FCT minister for an understanding by simply paying the rent. 20year without paying what was agreed from the beginning, if you are the landlord, can you allow that to continue? Woke is the new landlord of FCT and I believe he is doing the right thing, we just have to monitor him and ensure the money is well utilized
