SadiqBabaSani: Oga keep quiet please. Like people said, there is no problem if you come legitimately with a warrant and knock on my door than just try to break in especially in the middle of the night. It’s foolish comments like yours that enable more criminality in Nigeria. If you’re convinced that there is something in my house then you come legitimately. 4 Likes |

In the US police don’t break into houses without warrants Even with warrants, police will not break in unless they bring in the swat team.. And if eventually they break in and found nothing.. na lawsuits go follow One Nigeria will be great 4 Likes |

What if they breakin and plant some evidence or frame you, or even take away valuables or evidence , this need to be addressed as some people will now come as uniform men and invade homes and the public will think the police is doing the right thing

UK Police have broken into my Aunty’s flat before by mistake and searched the Place when nobody was home. They left a letter on the broken down door with their details and the name of the person who they were looking for They were looking for the Previous Tenant and when they discovered he no longer lived at that address they apologised profusely and arranged for the door to be fixed UK Police do Break into Houses when they need to Search them and make arrests |

Police can do what they like because they are enforcers of the law and can choose not to enforce the law that they choose to break.

Honestly, I think it's now the time for Nigerians to bear arms against these uniformed terrorists.... Every Nigerian can now understand that police and soldiers are the ones killing in the southeast but IPOB is blamed. See how God is exposing Nigerian government 1 Like |

I'm highly disappointed by the police spokesperson on the breaking in on someone's house by masked uniformed men of the police force with unwarranted papers or licenses, thereby intruding into a civilian's home unconstitutionally to display misconduct. The matter should be looked into and the officers involved should be quarries, rather than trying to step aside the constitution with the sole aim of justifying the abysmal acts of the uniformed men.

Islie:Nigerian citizens are another problem, they will back nonsense as far as it's against the authority that is meant to protect them, if you have idea what some calmly looking criminals are capable of doing you will understand restricting authorities like the police is evil. |

EmmyDJourno: Instead of attacking the s, why not challenge him by turning his idea around , then there will be a debate? He made a good point but it's invalid because of the constitution. You could have just challenged him by saying: What if masked men wearing military camouflage who are kidnappers in disguise infiltrates his home and loot all his stuff.... You know, stuff like that, okay? |
