It does go to the well of convenient resolution one too many times but not quite enough as to deeply affect the quality of the storytelling.

Squid Game definitely deserves all the praise and accolades it garnered last year. Hwang Dong-hyuk's story, based on his personal experiences, inspires a lot of reflection, introspection and discussion about society and self, while also keeping viewers attention on the screen.

Player 240 was my most intriguing character. Took me a while to figure her out.
